The place was ok but there are a number of cleanliness and maintenance issues that need addressing

The location was excellent right by the City wall so easy to get into town. It was quiet and comfortable and great to have private parking.

The door lock was difficult to use. The fridge, bathroom mirror light and kitchen unit lightbulbs weren't working. The shower head rail, the cupboard door and some of the window latches were broken. Basin tap was leaking and the fan oven is extremely noisy. The mattresses are filthy and need replacing. This was only discovered at the end of our stay when removing the bedding. If we had found this earlier we would not have stayed there.

Pleasant stay overall. Cleanliness was a disappointment as well as the broken hairdryer

Excellent, quiet location, easy walking distance to town centre. Good size for 3. Comfortable beds. Parking at the property

All windows and glass dining and coffee table as well as decorations were greasy and dull. There was enough shampoo and soap for only one person instead of 3. The hairdryer was broken. The oven was extremely noisy. There were over 20 emails exchanged between the tenancy company and ourselves but we had to call them on the day to get the access code.

Great location within 10 mins of city centre and lovely play area opposite for children within sight of apartment
