The cleanliness, location, staff and price
The room and living room/kitchen were small compared to the pictures. When I asked to get a bigger room, I was told that my room was the biggest

Great location.

Good location, lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Staff friendly and efficient. The room was nothing like the photos when I booked the room.
I booked an king executive suite, what I got was a basic hotel room. Mini bar only had 4 bottles of water , lots of stuff in the room was very worn and weathered.
