Nestled in Butler Beach, this charming house for $313 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This new ocean view home offers three bedrooms, multiple ocean view decks, a fenced back yard, and all new everything inside! Ceiling fans and TV's in all of the bedrooms,new appliances in a kitchen built for entertaining, and easy access to everything Saint Augustine has to offer! Whether you come to stay for a week, or for a month or more, there is plenty of storage and living space as well. The spacious living and dining areas as well as the kitchen are on the third floor, offering incredible sunrises in the morning, and cool ocean breezes in the evenings. Whether you want to relax with a cool drink on the deck, or enjoy a movie with the is the space for you! Owner has just had an elevator installed! The home also offers a washer/dryer, DVD players, Cable Tv, Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking as well. Home is just a short drive to the Historic District and a five minute walk to the beach! Small dog possible upon approval, prior to booking. Additional cleaning fee will be charged. Video Tour: JUNE AND JULY ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY PLEASE.

This was a wonderful house for our 4th summer vacation in St. Augustine. It's in a more residential area so it was super quiet and a very quick walk to the beach. Glad that there was an elevator to get up and down the 3 floors (laundry/garage on 1st, all bedrooms on 2nd and kitchen/living on 3rd). The view of the ocean was fantastic. Plenty of items in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking. The only negatives were that the bedrooms are all right together on the 2nd floor so there's not much privacy. Also, the owner doesn't allow access to the garage, so if you want to use the grill in the back yard, you have to go down 3 floors from the kitchen, and walk around outside. This was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. We would probably stay again due to proximity to the beach.

Me and four family members rented this house for Christmas 2022. We enjoyed it but would have liked a few more “necessities” in the house rather than having to go buy items (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap). They only provide one of each and no hand soap at all. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and extra heavy blankets also if you like those items. The house is pretty but you can hear EVERYTHING in this house. If anyone walks anywhere in the house, you can hear it when you sleep. Despite all that, we had a good time but these are just the things I wasn’t thrilled with.

Nice property a short walk from a fantastic Atlantic dog-friendly beach. Elevator was convenient for groceries & my 80-yr old mom. Really nice porch on 3rd floor from which you can see & hear the waves. 10-15 minutes to St. Augustine & Anastasia state park. We’d rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with a fairly short walk to the beach. Also located very close to Publix and several restaurants.

Summarizing: the house is in a great location, has great views, needs new towels and linen, has an AC unit that needs big repairs and can go out again anytime. We were without AC for two days and one night with temperatures in the high 80s and low 90s. It was like a sauna...The management promised to refund a day's fees but ignored his verbal promise to do so. That's the reason for the 3 star rating.

The house was very clean and close to the beach. Learned on the first day if you have a 4wheel drive you can drive on the beach to your location. That was helpful when you have a large cooler! :) Plenty of room and the elevator was a perfect touch!

The location of the house is great - 15 minute drive to most attractions and a short walk to the beach.
The house was very nice. Very roomy overall, the elevator was extremely convenient, the balconies were great for watching the sunrise. Our kids loved going up and down the stairs. The washer and dryer were great as well. Loved all the windows and large sliding glass doors. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms.
Things that need improvement: there were pillow cases that were dirty (so gross!). They weren't just washed and stained - it looked like they were used and not washed at all. The towels were pretty old and some were stained as well. All linens, bath and bedding, need to replaced completely. The dining room chairs were also pretty stained and dirty looking. Obviously, it's where people sit to eat but they should be cleaned or replaced. We sent the property manager a message via VRBO but didn't receive a reply - maybe they don't check it.

Easy walking access to the beach and a fantastic view from top floor living room and balcony. This is a great house, beautifully decorated, with three levels and an elevator that made it very easy to get luggage and groceries upstairs. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of four. Location is a short walk from the beach, and you get some ocean views from the top balcony. The elevator is an extra special nice touch. This is probably our favorite rental so far and we would absolutely stay here again!

Love, love, love! Large open living area with lots of space for family. Bedrooms and baths were very nice. The upstairs balcony off living area with a nice view. And imagine being able to unload all your stuff only a few feet to the elevator, then unload on each floor! Great location to the beach. Short walk!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of four. Location is a short walk from the beach, and you get some ocean views from the top balcony. The elevator is an extra special nice touch. This is probably our favorite rental so far and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! First time to St Augustine. The house is in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants and shops. Great view of the ocean from the deck. The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed, except maybe a few more towel hooks! If it had a pool it would be more than perfect! The elevator was very useful for being everything in and out of the house. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had, but we didn’t have many. They sent us all the info we needed and everything else was in the house for us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

The Perfect Family Beach Trip!
Love, love, love! Large open living area with lots of space for family. Bedrooms and baths were very nice. The upstairs balcony off living area with a nice view. Had a relaxing, fun vaca with family & a guest, even our dog. Love the house, beach walk & area. Only issue... the gate was not latching properly and we almost lost our pup. And it happened again after the lawn guy left the gate open. Luckily, we were able to block it with chairs & trashcans.

So easy to want to stay forever!

This beach home was perfect for our girls trip. All the bedrooms were on the 2cd floor and the kitchen/couch/dining area was on the 3rd floor where we gathered to play cards, games, eat, watch movies. The decks had a nice view of the ocean and the beach was a short walk away.

The elevator was especially handy for transporting a family member who uses a wheelchair. It is in close walking distance to the beach but be aware that there are stairs on the walkway so you might consider going further down the road to the public entrance and driving (if you have 4 wheel drive) on the beach. The sand is white and there are lots of pretty shells to collect if that’s your thing. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom with a huge amount of closet space. The beds are firm and very comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves at night. We came for Night of Lights in December and were not disappointed. Wow, a must see! The downtown area is gorgeous! Definitely take the Ripley’s Christmas train tour, it goes right though downtown blasting all of your holiday factories. I’ll never forget belting out “Let It Go” with our family at the top of our lungs. Also, you have to eat at the Conch House! Great food and the BEST key lime pie. Note: the listing said one of the bedrooms had a twin and full bed but only had two twins so we had to purchase an air mattress. The manager was immediately responsive to our concern. This is a dog friendly home so we found that there were some remaining dog hairs from a precious guest all over the house, including in our bed. We washed the sheets and did some extra cleaning and it wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately, the grill was completely unusable which was disappointing to us as we love to grill out on vacation. I was told the new grill has been ordered though. I’d recommend that the owners replace the couches eventually as they look pretty worn and the rug immediately. Overall, it was a great place to call home for a week an
