Nestled in Vail, this lovely condo for $218 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ***Great Discounts for longer visits / Great option for Steadman Hawkins patients***Relax and rejuvenate with your sweetie or another couple (up to 4 people with the new sleeper sofa). GREAT for families too. Awesome location with 4 free shuttles / hour in peak times right outside the door, or a 3 block walk to the Grand Hyatt lift. After a great day in the mountains, why not dim the lights, turn up the fire, and connect via Bluetooth for some music with friends. The entertainment system is great for sports and movies, which you can record while your out via YouTubeTV, Apple TV, or DVD with HDTV. A fine selection of glasses provide the right vehicle for any apéritif. Then fire up the BBQ on the huge covered patio, or whip up some tasty treats in a cook's kitchen, or head out for your choice of some world class restaurants just minutes away (recommendations provided). Little extras like the slow cooker makes hearty meals easy, while the cappuccino maker finishes off with style. It's pretty hard to go wrong here. Underground parking keeps you dry when the convenient covered free shuttle stop across the street (4 buses / hour) isn't as appealing. Convenient ski and boot storage in the entry keeps your valuables safe and warm (for another big day tomorrow!). With one of the two bathrooms in the guest bedroom, you can feel comfortable spreading out. We have spent many years creating our home away from home. We rented Bob's property as it was close to another friends condo. Bob's condo is clean, well presented and very well equipped. We had friends for dinner and the dining table (with extension) easily accommodated us. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal to entertain 8 guests. The condo was quiet and beds very comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Bob is an excellent host, he had everything spelled out for us ahead of time, the condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, and the place is in the perfect location and right next to the shuttle stop. It’s even a close (10 min or less) walk to the Cascade Village lift. Perfect if you’re taking a winter trip and renting ski/boarding gear at the venture sports right there. You don’t need to worry about lugging it home or loading it in your car. We had an all around awesome stay!

Enjoyed this well-appointed condo a lot. Layout very accommodating for 3 adults. Had everything we needed in bedrooms and bathrooms down to full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! Nice touch by the host. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, skillets, etc. Loved having a fireplace for warming things up after skiing all day. Location was great with easy access to the bus system, although there really isn’t a bus that goes from the condo to Lionshead Village. Thankfully we had rented a car. Free parking in the garage after 3, and also easy drop-off and pick-up spots since I wasn’t skiing. Getting to Vail Village via bus was great, though.
This owner was great to work with, very quick to answer questions, and made it possible for us to have an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

This property is everything as advertised. It felt like home. Very spacious and convenient to anything you need (grocery, wine, attractions). The host, Bob, went above and beyond to communicate with us. The space is clean, well provisioned and zero maintenance issues. Great working gas fired fire place that makes it cozy and warm. Walk outside the door to the bus stop which takes you right to all the Vail slopes, restaurants, and attractions. The covered parking in winter is a big plus, no worries on scraping ice and snow. If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay with a responsive host, look no further than this spacious condo. It has a beautiful view and is a faction of the cost of the bigger properties in Vail. We had a wonderful 20 year anniversary trip.

This is a great property. I don’t even think the pictures do it justice. The location is steps away from the bus or a quick 5 min drive to the slopes parking. Fully stocked kitchen and having two bathrooms made getting ready a breeze.

The location is perfect for skiing with a bus stop right across the street. After getting to the Vail Transportation Center, we took the Intown bus to the Golden Peak stop (at the ski school) so that we didn't have to haul our skis through the village. The lift there is very close to the bus stop.
Bob was great to work with - always responded to emails quickly. We hope to stay here again!

We just completed our week stay in Vail and couldn’t be more happy with our choice of place to stay. The condo is located about a mile, mile and half from Lions Head village. The bus stop is right out front and makes it very easy to get around and it’s free!! Grocery store a couple miles down the road, Walmart about 10 minutes down the road in case you’re like me and forget your watch charger. Doh!!
We are a family of four and the condo was the perfect size for our family. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable and had everything we needed. I wanted to pack the black chair in the living room but it just wouldn’t fit in my bag. We would get back from a day of skiing, kick on the gas fireplace and relax.
Bob was easy and great to work with. He has a binder with great instructions, even tells you which remotes to use. We have stayed in numerous places and no one has done that level of detail in their welcome packet. Covered parking was also nice. Note the condo is located just off the outdoor parking area, grab a guest spot up there to unload and load up and then move your car below.
Overall great place to stay, we will be back someday!
