Its tough to give this property a 5 star rating because it should be a 6 or 7 star rating!!! The property truly exceeded all of our expectations. There were 10 of us for a Father/son extended weekend and everyone was very happy. There were so many "extras" at the property that we weren't expecting. Its a great location and a great property! We will absolutely stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property and must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This VRBO property combines a fully equipped kitchen, fantastic entertainment options, and an ideal location near various attractions to provide an unforgettable vacation experience. Sherri ensures that any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Check in and out was easy. We had over 20 people staying at this property, and we had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway/gathering!

StayCation has been our place to stay for the past 3 years. Each year we love it even more! This year, there were lots of new updates and labeling that made the experience even better. We love the entire place, as it can hold all of our friends! The location is perfect for us as well, as it is a quick walk to Boji Boat Works and all of the places we want to explore. Lastly, Sherri is AMAZING. Every year, she has communicated with us, been super helpful, and accommodated our group! We are already looking forward to our trip next year! :)

Plenty of room to have fun with different ages! Location was excellent to get on lake with our son’s pontoon. Plenty of places to walk to for food or beverages. Favorite things were mini golf, fishing, swimming and the escape room at Arnold’s Park!

This was perfect for us as we have a large family. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids were able to play freely throughout the house. It was within walking distance or very short drive to beaches, Arnold’s Park and so much more. It was a wonderful place to stay and felt like home away from home. Will definitely consider staying here again for another family vacation.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party and couldn't have picked a better spot! It was spacious and the full kitchen was exactly what we needed. The communication from StayProperties was great. It's in the best location being walkable to the Ritz and the Okoboji Store and even downtown to the bars. Highly recommend.

It was so easy to register for it online! They had everything you would need for a great stay without having to leave at all!! All you need to bring is yourself, clothing and food for your meals if you choose not to leave once you arrive.

This was the perfect space for our large extended family to gather for several days to celebrate Thanksgiving! More than enough confortable sleeping space, spacious well stocked kitchen, and large living and dining room for sharing meals, games and watching the football game. This place was clean and perfect for our family vacation. There was ample space for everyone. It is pretty centrally located, you can walk to Arnold’s Park or head the other direction and go to the Okiboji Store. We walked most places making it easier to navigate the town. The StayCation property was the ideal location for our family that unfortunately needed a place to stay and congregate for the weekend of my mom's funeral and celebration of life. Her grandkids and grandnieces/nephews were the lodgers and the rest of us made great use of the common area and kitchen on the ground floor level. We will definitely stay here again for future family gatherings.
