This villa is absolutely superb I had the honour of staying here for my bachelorette weekend with my girls. It is located in voula a lovely area in Athens and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful we felt safe at all times as a group of 9 women. There are plenty of rooms, it is spacious, clean and well looked after. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures though the garden and pool area are smaller than what I expected but still very great. I had great communication with a nominated point of contact prior to arrival who was really patient and sweet and ensured a smooth arrival for us.
Early or late checkout incurred an additional fee of €380 which to me is very steep almost the rate of half of those staying for a night irrespective of the number of hours.

Best property of all!
I used to travel quite often and I can say that this is the best villa I have rented through Booking !!!
Everything is top quality, and the manager is incredibly helpful, and he gave us the best suggestions.
Only a 5 star hotel can compete with this Villa, but sure not with this kind of professional hospitality.
Well done for such a great job!

Spacious floors and wide screen TV. Good quality grocery shop near by.
- not enough sets of cutlery for 9 people
- not enough of wine glasses for 9 people
- electric door lock was broken, asked to fix it but didn’t work throughout stay
- single set of keys, was hard to share between four couples
- very busy highway close by
