It served our purposes just fine. We were out all day for sightseeing and excursions, so we only needed a place to sleep and wake-up. Location was away from Vancity, but close enough to all services.

Pictures show totally different actually its all rusty and dusty When we checked in We found that place dirty all over We clean our bed sheets and couches by self When we left they charged $300 for one or two little yogurt stains that can easily be clean Never recommended to anybody Worst place I booked in my life

All was good the only thing you should mention is that there are steps to suite basement. That was the only problem with us but all in all the place and the people really nice to us.

The place was clean close to the highway Al was great and easy to talk to you ever I had any questions it’s very quiet has everything you need wish the Internet speed was a little faster but that’s just minor I had a great stay it was a great experience.

Check in was a breeze and we found the place in great condition. We were gone during the daytime but when we returned each day the people upstairs were very friendly and it made all the difference with staying in someones home. Felt very welcome.

This is a two bedroom unit in the basement of a house. One of the bedrooms does not have a window but it has an airduct on the ceiling. There is no thermostat or any air circulation control in the unit. No soaps and shampoos in the bathroom but they were provided after talking to the owner. Overall, it was acceptable to me but my son and daughter-in-law were complaining about the basement smell and the bathroom's loud exhaust fan that seemed somewhat clogged.

We found the host to be easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. The place is decorated lovely and has all the kitchen equipment you need. We rated lower on cleanliness because while it was surface clean, it needs a definite deep clean (baseboards, walls, doors, etc) and a fresh coat of paint. I’d also recommend more towels and nicer ones- these ones were small and cheap quality. However, the mattresses were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver.

It definitely was a nice place to stay. The owner was very responding. However, the place was missing some essentials. There were no shampoo in the bathroom or the liquid soap was not enough. No paper towel in the kitchen. In my opinion, these are very routine items that you should be getting in any rental place. Other than that, all was good.

This little rental was perfect for our trip. It was close enough to Vancouver to make the commute easy but far enough away to be a nice place to rest. It was very clean and the neighborhood was wonderful. There was a little park nearby we utilized for our kiddo and not too far away there were multiple food choices. We actually tried those over the bigger city options and were very happy with them. We loved that there was a washer and dryer and full kitchen. I’d recommend this rental for anyone traveling solo or with a group of up to 4 people (2 couples or a family with a couple kids).

Had a great stay. Washer/Dryer was a bonus. No surprises. Very clean, and everything was in working order. If a suggestion had to be made, a plug in the bathroom and a bit more kitchen lighting. Not a big deal. Would highly recommend this condo. First time we booked with VRBO and very happy with results Lynn and Ed

We have a nice 4-nights stay in Selina’s semi basement 2 bedroom house. Selina also refunded our damage guarantee very fast. However, please note that the location is not close to any public transportation.

Thank you for the great property apartment! Very nice property owner easy to deal with. One thing we noticed - the dish tray would be nice to have, I was puzzled how to dry clean dishes. Also do you plan to refund the security deposit $200?

We came into town to do some shopping at Ikea and other nearby stores. This was a nice residential neighbourhood and a quiet basement suite that was just what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few nights stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was just the two of us but more than enough room. Everything was clean, quiet and the owner introduced himself and very nice. Would stay there again for sure.

Everything was perfect for my stay. My mom and myself, came down for my chemo treatment. It was completely comfortable, and made everything flow perfectly. The kindness from the owners was outstanding. Highly recommend.

It is a nice and quite area; suite is clean, newly renovated; owner provided everything that we needed; like dishes, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee maker and kettel. they even have oliver oil, salt and peppers. shopping mall is very close; easy to get on highway

The place was clean except the blinds in one room were filthy. From that bedroom, you look out on a wall from the only window. The other bedroom has no windows. You look out at walls from all rooms because the apartment is below ground (which we didn't know), so there's not much air movement and no AC, though generally you wouldn't need it. It was cool enough to sleep without AC, but there are no fans. Otherwise, it was comfortable with all amenities. It is conveniently located near a grocery store about 4 minutes away, and near restaurants. It's in a residential single family home area. I think the owner lives upstairs and he was very responsive to our calls to him.

The owners have done a fantastic job of creating a clean, cozy home away from home. We appreciate the small details like the power bars in all the bedrooms, the parking stall, the abundance of towels and towel hooks, the fully stocked kitchen, the ice ready to go in the freezer - these are the little things that make a difference!!!
