Wailea Ekahi Unit 41C is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious area of Wailea, known as the ''sunny side'' of Maui. Full renovation completed in Dec 2023! Our spacious, contemporary condo has two master suites and is perfect for families of four or two couples. Enjoy Maui's famed sunsets on our spacious private lanais surrounded by the beautiful gardens of Ekahi Village. One of the larger units at Ekahi, 41c is a second floor unit located on the greenbelt and very close to one of Ekahi Village's four private pools. From the lanais, you'll be able to enjoy ocean views, including Molokini crater and volcano views of Haleakala. The condo is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, and fully air conditioned with large fans in each room. The unit is well appointed featuring top of the line amenities; brand new stainless steel appliances including induction stove top. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare gourmet meals. Upscale, new furniture throughout including comfortable lanai lounge area and outdoor dining. Families will enjoy beach chairs, boogie boards and a games cupboard. We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach ''downtime'' including a large (72") flat screen TV and high speed wireless internet. Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beach pavilion, shuffleboard and direct gated access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply sit back and enjoy the magnificent views. Ekahi Village is a short walk from the ''Shops of Wailea'', an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches.

The condo is spectacular with great views of the molokini crater and the mountains. Easy to walk to pools and the beach. Plenty of great restaurants nearby plus the local markets for shopping. Great location! Owner responded to text messages with lots of helpful information. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!!

This place has made are “favorites”’folder. Mark was communicative with us from the start. The place was clean and for the bill for our little family of 3. We will be back. Our favorite part was the stroll to the beach (across rolling green hills— about .25 miles according to my fitness app). The market and mall is also walkable. Big fan of the area. I recommend this condo for a small family.

This condo is the the perfect jumping off point for your Maui adventures. Many beaches, excursions and restaurants are easily accessed from this location. From inside the condo you have the most tropical view including gorgeous sunrises.

The condo is well equipped and comfortable. The property has gorgeous landscaping and we loved walking down the hill to the ocean front pool and beach. Saw tons of humpback whales from the shore! A wonderful stay.

The location is splendid with a beautiful view of the landscaping and ocean . The upstairs unit is spacious, tastefully decorated and most importantly with air conditioning in all the rooms. The trade wind is our natural air conditioning at night. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home and would love to come back next year. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the property was clean. Enough space for a family of four. I thought it was strange there were no bathmats for the showers but found them when doing laundry - it appears the cleaners did not complete the towel laundry before they left 😊. The only downsides - the pool right next to the condo was not open the whole week we were there and there was no cart to lug beach stuff down the hill. The Beach chairs/boogie boards need to be replaced. They were in rough shape.

We enjoyed our time in Maui, the space was perfect for my husband, myself and our 17 year old daughter and friend. The views are spectacular, lots of luscious colors. It’s an easy walk down to the beach but be prepared for the incline walk back up! The condo is conveniently located within walking distance from both Wailea and Kihei. We would definitely recommend this place.

This property was as described. Great space and view, clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The complex has 4 pools and easy access to the beach, resorts and shops. The owner was easy to communicate with and had lots of helpful tips to enjoy the area. A great vacation spot!

This condo is everything as described. It was perfect for us. There was plenty of surface, closet, shelf and drawer space for our own stuff and the frig didn’t have someone else’s left-over food, as do some short-term rental properties. We stayed a week for our son’s wedding next door at the Andaz, and it was a very short, pleasant walk to that venue.

The condo in Ekahi village was the perfect spot for our adventures on Maui. The space worked fine for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Marc was a delight to work with... super-responsive to our questions and understanding of our concerns amidst the COVID pandemic. Provided detailed instructions and overall communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

I researched this VRBO long and hard to find the perfect spot for my family of 5. It was indeed perfect! The grounds are just stunning, with a nice walk to the beautiful pool that's right on the beach. The beach itself is one of the most beautiful on the island. We spent nearly every night watching the sunset from the beach or the pool pavilion. The unit itself is somewhat dated and a bit small for 5 people but perfectly clean and very comfortable. The fifth bed is a blow-up mattress in the living room - which we left set up the whole week. Comfy beds and great showers. Small but perfectly workable kitchen. We had a lovely view of the water, grounds and volcano from our Lanai. This complex is especially nice because each building is only two stories, so the complex never feels overly crowded. We just loved it, and plan to book this exact unit again!
