About this house rental
Situated in Arnolds Park, this attractive house for $616 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is the largest floorplan offered at Bridges Bay with two bedrooms and two baths on the main level and 3 bedrooms, full bath, and large rec room on the lower level. Two car garage. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Living room opens to deck with stairs down to patio. Backs to green space and swimming pool. Relax by the fire pit on the patio on summer evenings. Cabin featuring the largest floorplan available at Bridges Bay with five large bedrooms and three baths. Fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and gourmet touches including a Keurig coffee maker. If you would like a pack-n-play or a high chair, please request one at time of booking. Plenty of space for your entire group with two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor and large rec room, three bedrooms, and a bath in the garden-level lower level. Relaxing casual beach decor throughout the main level and fun themed bedrooms downstairs including Frozen, Finding Dory, and Star Wars. The deck overlooks open area and leads down to a patio with a wood-burning firepit. Just beyond the patio is a community pool reserved for cabin residents and guests so you can relax on the patio or deck or enjoy the pool. Bridges Bay is the premier recreational resort on Lake Okoboji with a waterpark, zip line, lakeside conference and event center, numerous outdoor pools, fishing pond, swim-up bar, play ground, and several restaurants offering lake front dining and firepits! With your reservation you receive six passes to the waterpark each day of your stay. As a guest at the resort you are welcome to use all the resort amenities including the work-out facility and the game room. As an added bonus, there are two swimming pools in the cabin area that are reserved for cabin guests. There are also restaurants on-site that are an easy walk from the cabin. All resort amenities are managed and operated by Bridges Bay Resort There are no refunds or discounts for any unavailability or restrictions on the availability of amenities. Maximum of 16 guests with a maximum of 10 adults. Five bedroom three bath cabin with two car garage and oversize driveway that is wide enough for three medium size vehicles. Deck with stairs down to patio and access to community pool just across the backyard. Bridges Bay is the premier recreational resort on Lake Okoboji with a waterpark, zip line, lakeside conference and event center, numerous outdoor pools, fishing pond, swim-up bar, play ground, and several restaurants offering lake front dining and firepits! Your stay includes six daily passes to the waterpark and resort pool. Zipline passes and additional resort passes are available for purchase.

Brenda went above and beyond to make things right when we had an issue with the tvs. The problem was not her fault but she took responsibilty and was very genrous. Would highly recommend this home! Brenda went above and beyond to make things right when we had an issue with the tvs. The problem was not her fault but she took responsibilty and was very genrous. Would highly recommend this home! There was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 6 children. Thanks so much! We hope to return again .

Awesome family get together!

This property was awesome and worked so well for our annual family ice fishing weekend. Lots of room to accommodate sleeping, eating, games, crafts and visiting! Brenda was excellent to work with and very responsive to my questions . Highly recommend.
