About this house rental
The Little House was the first home built on Arcadia Ridge Estate, Imon, Ruth & Linda Folsom moved to their farm land in the early 1950's from Billstown Arkansas, The Little House was built sometime in the 1930's from a much older house that stood in the same spot, the walls and floors still show square nails that were used from the original home, rich heart pine floors have been restored, along with doors, ceilings, and the over all charm of a farm house, it has a long front porch all the way across the front, turn around kitchen with full size appliances., living room has TV & DVD player only, so bring your DVDs for movies at night, the dining room has table for four, front bedroom has Queen bed, second BR has two long twin beds.
