Nestled in Queenstown, this lovely condo for $80 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 10 minutes easy walk to town centre, close to Lake Edge, Walking Tracks, Queenstown Gardens and Restaurnats, Cafe's and Shops. This Studio unit has spectacular Views of Lake Wakatipu and Remarkable Mountains, with most of the comforts of home. ( nice firm bed.) Unit comfortably furnished with outdoor deck furniture and BBQ. Away from the traffic and noise of busy Queenstown. All visitors must notify us on arrival if they do NOT intend to stay the full booked nights, otherwise maybe asked to pay for full booking .Wifi available on request. Rollaway single bed for child not the best for adults but can be used Our prices are reasonable and stay the same year round, we do not offer deals during Dec,Jan and Feb.Cost 2person $140.00pn extra child $20.00 . Cancellation, if advised in plenty of time refund given otherwise only if able to rebook unit. Special conditions: , .Ask about our discounts for stays longer than 6 nights.(excluding Dec,Jan,Feb) Smoking allowed outside unit on deck. Deck has outside furniture and on a nice evening wonderful views to enjoy while BBQ tea cooking or just having a long slow drink. Nice tidy room which did the trick for us, conveniently located about a 10 min walk from town with awesome views, we were quite active during our trip so didn't spend much time at the accom besides from sleeping. Only downside is we both believe we got bedbugs from the bed.

We loved our stay here. It was continent walking to the main town and bus route. We loved being able to lie in bed and see snow capped mountains out the windows. It was a nice and tidy space, would love to stay again 😊

The whole unit is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is filled with cooking equipments and crockery. We enjoyed the hot water and movable showerhead in the bathroom. Everything is available at an affordable price. A bit far from the city centre so it is better to have a car. Sometimes we could hear footsteps upstairs but it wasn't a big problem.

Enjoy our last 2 nights in Queenstown since its close to everything, close to the city, close to mall and kmart and also airport. Very fair pricing and good communication with the owner. It was just a bit cold if you are not under the electric blanket for me. Probably new pillows and a new bed would give it a 5 star rating :)

I had a great stay at Clyde's in Queenstown. The house was in a convenient location, annd house was warm, comfortable and well equipped. The only issue I had was that the bathmat hadn't been cleaned from a previous visitor and bathroom basin area hadnt been wiped down with hairs still present. Only minor issues that can be easily fixed and did not impact my overall very enjoyable experience here. I would definitely stay again!

The space is a short walk from downtown Queenstown. It’s a large space with plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. There are great views of the night sky from the patio!

Great place for what you pay per night being one of the more affordable options available. Excellent location for walking to town, and nice and peaceful neighborhood with no road noise. It was perfect for us to use as our base in Queenstown, we were out all day and really only used the apartment for sleeping. Thanks for a nice stay.

The location of this vrbo is amazing -- short walk to town is through Queenstown gardens. I recommend this as an affordable place to stay.

The property is in a good location overlooking the lake. Outside area is good with a gas BBQ. Has a bit of an end of season feel but was clean and comfy at a fair price. Short walk along the shore or through the Botanic Gardens into the centre. We aren’t into extreme sports and the weather was ordinary during our visit so 2 nights would’ve been enough. Would still recommend it as an economical way to see Queenstown.

Clyde’s place is so sweet and is very close to the town center (about a 15 minute walk). My friend and I greatly enjoyed staying there. Clyde was also very responsive with all of our questions.

Clean and very comfy bed. Plenty of home comforts. Off street parking and pleasant walk along the lakefront into town. As we were away all day missed catching up with our host. Had no complaints, so everything was very good.

Thank you, Clyde! The Terrace Retreat was perfect for our 4-night introduction to Queenstown. Comfortable and clean in a quiet location, close to the lake and the mountains. Queenstown center is about a 15-minute walk away (by the lake). The weather was perfect with blue sky and a few clouds in 75-degree temps. We would stay there again.

The location was convenient to the city centre but tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The bach has all the basic amenities and checking-in was easy. Glad to have found this affordable home near the lake!

This is a great place to stay in Queenstown without breaking your budget. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a beautiful 15 minute walk to town.

This place was great! It was a short distance to walk to town which is perfect because parking downtown is very tough. Also close to the water which is super nice! Clyde was also cool with me coming late. Thank you!

The host was around when needed and very helpful.. The small studio had everything we needed.. Clean with cooking and fridge units, hot shower.. One can walk into downtown Queenstown.. But a few hills to cope with.! BB.

Fantastic space, really well equipped with literally anything you could think of needing (which was great for us as we we only had a carry-ons worth of things with us!) Very clean and comfortable and the perfect location. Would highly recommend!

It’s a great location with a great view and Clyde is incredibly helpful. I’d highly recommend it as a place to stay and it’s a beautiful stroll to Queenstown centre.
