Situated in Wailea, this attractive condo for $695 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Wailea Ekahi Unit 39C is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious Wailea resort area regarded as the 'sunny side' of Maui. We have just finished a complete remodel for this unit. Everything is new and updated. The Ekahi complex has just completed the construction of our brand new Pavilion at the beach and it is fabulous!! Our condo is set up with two master suites and is ideally suited for families or two couples. Enjoy Maui's famed sunsets from two of the spacious private lanais surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It is a ground floor unit located on the picturesque greenbelt featuring fabulous views of the pacific ocean and the island of Molokini. The condo is bright, airy and well appointed. The kitchen features all the amenities of home and the beds are extremely comfortable with duvets, high thread count sheets and soft pillows. This unit has been completely updated by a professional designer with new cabinetry, new high end appliances, all new furniture, new bathrooms, new flooring, new lighting and upscale lanai furniture. We are perfectly set up for kids with beach toys, beach chairs, a crib, a highchair and games so you can leave all that at home! We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach 'downtime' including three flat screen TVs, a SONOS system, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada (you can leave your cell phones along with the outrageous roaming charges at home!). We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and as such we engage a professional cleaning company on Maui to ensure that the condo is clean and ready for your stay! All of their employees have been trained in how to properly follow all guidelines as provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals). Your booking agreement will detail their specific protocols to give you peace of mind that you are being taken care of. Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, shuffleboard and direct access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply enjoy the magnificent views. Ekahi Village is a short walk from the 'Shops of Wailea', an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches. Please consider purchasing travel insurance upon booking. NOTE THAT AS OF SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 THE EKAHI COMPLEX NO LONGER PERMITS THE USE OF BBQS AT THE EKAHI CONDOS. This property was fantastic-the unit was so well maintained and had all thoughtful amenities. The walk down to the pool and beach made it so easy and the views were spectacular from the back patio. Would highly recommend-hope to go back soon!

Pretty straight forward property to review. The owner has clearly been doing this for a while, communication throughout the process was great, she was proactive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit is as described, and everything we could think of we may need to enjoy our stay was already there.
The walk to the beach is manageable. We spent a lot of time at the pool area, we often brought down food and drinks down and used the fridges to store them in and utilized the bbq, microwave, stove top etc to cook dinner and lunch. The view from the pool area is fantastic and is better than most restaurants in the area. The pool area itself was nice, never had to fight for a place to sit like at a lot of hotels in the area. Beach access is super easy as well.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The unit layout worked very well for our family of 4 + 2 grandparents. We really appreciated the modern decor and the pristine condition that the unit was in. Sunset views were a highlight and communication with Tracy throughout the process was seamless. Cannot wait to return!

We have stayed at a lot of units in this area of Maui and this is definitely one of the top. This unit is very well appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkelling gear and the kitchen is very well stocked! The unit is absolutely immaculate with wonderful views! We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful unit at Ekahi. Two master suites, separated by the living space so great for families or two couples staying together. Ekahi is a beautiful property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
This unit is located up the hill from the beach and the main pool so people with mobility issues may find that difficult.
Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great experience at unit 39C in Ekahi Village. The unit has been recently remodeled and was very clean and bright. The building is in the middle of the complex, open to wide green spaces with walking access to the pool and public beach. The unit is well kept and exactly as described in the listing, and I can't recommend Ekahi Village and the Wailea area enough as a beautiful place to spend your vacation.
Tracy was a great owner to deal with. She was very responsive and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks for everything!

The overall place was very nice. The house is very well equipped with water toys/beach items, which really helped. The kitchen is very nice, with everything you could need, and the living room was cozy. We did have some issues with the A/C, which were pretty quickly resolved, but required a bit more prompting than should have been necessary, and with such a humid place is probably something that should be looked at more regularly instead of relying on the renters to point out. The location was very convenient, although up the hill, having the grass out front was great for kids. The ocean side pool and brand new pavilion was superb.

It is always nice when a property exceeds your expectations and this one did. The pictures are very accurate and the condo was exactly as it looks which is always a nice surprise - these are not photos taken from a renovation several years ago but are clearly recent. Owner was very responsive and professional. Everything felt very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. Beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/coolers/boogie boards/snorkel/toys were a bonus. Nice outdoor seating area. Didn't really watch much TV but internet speed was good. Sheets/towels/bedspreads were very clean and in good condition. The grounds/landscaping of the complex are amazing. The pool facility is great - recently renovation and very spacious with lot of chairs and space - much better than a hotel where people are on top of each other. The pictures don't do it justice as to how nice the pool area is - it was amazing. The beach in front is nice but can be windy depending on tradewinds so we would walk down two beaches ( less than 5 minutes) to a great beach that is more protected and had great snorkeling. Parking at the condo was great (and free vs. $25-40 per night at hotels). The views at sunset from the condo were beautiful as it sits up high on the property so it overlooks the lower condos and trees. A few heads-up - while no problem for us the walk to/from the pool/beach, while short (3-5 minutes), is steadily uphill at a modest slope so after a long day with chairs and beach stuff you only want to do it once a day. Also while not clear from the pictures this condo is right next to the access way for the other 10 condo buildings (each of which has 4-5 condos) so there can be foot traffic as well as the landscaping carts and golf carts going through. It never bothered us as we never really sat outside at the patio but just something to be aware of. Despite being on the lower level and one of five condos in the building, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, excellent layout condo - it was perfect for our family of five. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

The condo is great. Just like the description states, it is well decorated, updated, clean, offers a view of the ocean, and was a perfect retreat for our family of 5. We loved the outdoor set up, where we had our breakfast every morning, used the grill and kitchen (stocked with all the essentials), as well as beach chairs and some beach toys for the kids. Beach and pool are within a few minute walk, and a perfect set up to watch a sunset with a glass of wine. A grocery store is within a few minutes drive.Tracy is a great host, quick to respond and to answer any questions you may have. I am very happy we found and decided on this unit for our Maui vacation.
