Usually VRBO hosts welcome their guests with signs of some sort. No cheeriness with this VRBO, only a sign about VRBO expectations as far as cleaning goes. Linens were nice but beds uncomfortable. No electrical outlet that worked in the bathroom. Duct tape for repairs. Good location as we didn’t have a car and could easily walk downtown. Communication was prompt. I had to ask if coffee was supplied. A few more ideas of what to do in St John’s would be helpful and is welcoming to first timers.
