City Haven III was absolutely perfect for my husband and I’s anniversary trip. It’s only a few miles from the Seattle Waterfront, Pike Place Market, Seattle Space Needle and the Zoo. It was very clean and all the essentials were there for us. There was a grocery store not too far either. Highly recommend this location.

We brought my Mom to visit Seattle for the first time and we all loved this place(and she is super picky lol:) It was quiet and tucked away; perfect after a busy day out and about. My only comment, and it isn't negative at all, is that parking is pretty tight. We came in my van and it was fun getting in and out. I'm not sure we would have been able to park in the lot if there had been a guest staying in the upper unit. And if we would have been in our larger vehicle, there would have been no way we would have fit. But there did seem to be plenty of street parking so as long as you know that ahead of time, you should be good to go. I also really enjoyed the story of how the owners met:)

Central location , well appointed , all necessities provided . Clean & everything is decorated in white , so this farm family feels quite posh ! Not recommended for any person over 6’3”. We have had a lot of laughs about the 6 ft 2 guy & the best advice he’s ever got . Which is duck !

The house is cute & warm. Our teen enjoyed having his own space & said “this is the kind of place I want to live in when I move out”. The owner was kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Third time visiting family in Seattle, stayed here for 5 nights with my wife while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. This is a very nice spot to stay though it is a little quirky. The neighborhood is really great, plenty of things are within walking distance - multiple restaurants, a lovely market, a little bakery, a musical instrument store, and a zoo. We took advantage of everything nearby while we were there. The property was very clean with plenty of parking nearby. Rooms were warm and quiet. Washing machine and dryer were easy to use. The owners had great communication and were awesome to deal with. The quirk of the property is the ceilings are low. It wasn't a problem for me and my wife, but if you are 6'4" or taller this is probably not the place for you to stay. The one thing I wished was better was the kitchen. I enjoy cooking and like to sample the local offerings wherever I go on vacation. The burners on the electric stove top were not level which made them difficult to use, my guess is the stove was disassembled for cleaning and not put back together correctly. My humble suggestion to the owners would be to add a 9x9 baking pan, replace the mishmash of stove top pots and pans with a full set of pots and pans with lids, and get some better kitchen scissors, but this isn't a deal breaker. None of the quirks or wishes would keep me from booking this property again next year. I usually make my famous pumpkin cheesecake at my brothers house anyway.
