Staff was very helpful and Friendly. Check in/out was a super simple. Was able to check in early which was amazing. Location was nice and next to train station. Family mart was literally under the building which was super convenient.

It was fun and colourful and the amenities were all great. I could see the beautiful port and have easy access to the Yurikamome line. There were many exits and a convenience store attached.
There was a little more walking involved to get to other stations. I didn’t mind as that’s my preference but some might not like how hard the pillows are (common in Japan).

The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was also quite spacious compared to the size of the room.
The room was extremely small and we could only open our luggage on the bed. The bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel was around a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. There was also not much to do in the surrounding area. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as we experienced at other hotels in Japan. The main disappointment was the room size, as we expected it to be a little bigger from the photos.
