This is part of a business hotel chain that I use regularly. Always clean and reliable. It’s about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway station with direct access to Haneda. I have stayed at several of these.
Does not apply to me per se, but you have to be comfortable with Japanese business hotel room size to enjoy. If you are schlepping a heavy bag, there are closer options to the subway station including another branch of this chain. I did not try the buffet breakfast (even though at < $10 probably a good deal) because there are cheaper options nearby.

Within walking distance of several stations. The room was very clean and comfortable. I overslept and needed to extend my stay for a couple of hours, the staff were very understanding and allowed me to do so.

The location is quite good, and the price value of the hotel is okay. Fine for a practical, brisk, short stay - but not for a longer stretch.
The single room was on the small side (even opening and closing my suitcase was a bit of a challenge), and the AC was loud, which was problematic at night in the 2026 summer heat. There was no built in USB charger socket, so I was given an extension cord that I could plug into the single electrical outlet by the bed in an awkward manner. It was only for one (short) night before my flight home, but it would have helped if those couple of hours could have been a bit more comfortable.
