Great location and the amenities were great.
The mattresses on the beds were very firm (almost like sleeping on the floor) which were uncomfortable especially when you have spent the whole day on your feet and you just want to get into a soft bed

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our stay in Japan and liked it so much, we came back for the penultimate night! We just couldn't fault it.
Absolutely nothing!

The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location to the monorail - this was helpful when getting it to and from the airport. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom toilet and shower head were unfortunately not clean. The air condition unit was also very smelly so I decided to turn it off due to the smell. I was only staying for one night so it wasn’t a massive issue, but I was a bit disappointed by this. However, the room itself was spotlessly clean.
