The staff were the high point, absolutely lovely, and nothing too much trouble. It’s a friendly place, rooms are small but spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Nice breakfast. Plus a washing machine and dryer on site! which could be used for incredibly reasonable price.
Location is excellent, a short walk to direct train to both Haneda and Narita, close to everything. Highly rate.
It not a complaint because rooms in many hotels in Tokyo are small - space was tight, but everything needed was there.

It was in a nice, safe, and convenient area. It was near the train station, and Tokyo Tower and other landmarks are nearby as well.
