Everything. Extremely clean with very approachable and professional staff. Very clean and very comfortable with plenty of places to store luggage. I was on crutches throughout my stay and the hotel/capsules are very accessible and staff always willing to help.
Nothing. A bit stuffy in the capsules so just open the screen a little if coming in hotter months

The pods were a great size, pillows comfy and the facilities were 10/10. The complimentary snacks and drinks were abundant. The public bath and amenities were lovely and if you’re after privacy, there’s a private shower on the same floor.
