Karim and his team were super in every way. The courtesy and comfort were above and beyond. Gretchen was smiling from the day we entered to the day we left. The staff were genuinely polite and warmly welcoming throughout the stay. Honestly, this hotel put many big-brand hotels to shame; their hospitality was unmatched. It is a hidden gem in a very busy area.
The location was not great but not bad either. The breakfast was a 6.5-7; I truly believe that they could reach a 9 with a few changes.

the hotel interior, the rooms were spacious, the room cleaning was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great.
the water pressure in the shower was weak
