The Hotel Sturgis

Great location with a coffee shop!

The bed was not comfortable and the room was too warm and you could not turn the thermostat down past their setting.

It was in a great location. Employees were very accommodating and very comfortable!!!

Everything was perfect!

Such a cute hotel right in the middle of downtown Sturgis. We were here a week and a half before the rally, but it was so much fun and I really enjoyed the hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, we stayed in a balcony room which was right off the main drag, and the accommodations were beautiful. Everything felt so clean and modern and our room even had another bed up in a loft area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! Wonderful place, they even have a café/coffee shop in the front of the hotel and provide complementary coffee to guests 24/7. Awesome place!

No free breakfast, if there was it wasn’t made aware.

The hot water only lasted maybe 4 minutes, room was extremely warm all 5 nights of our stay also the TV location is terrible. The TV can’t be seen from the loft and you have to look almost straight up from the bottom floor to see it. The room we had also didn’t have a remote, we didn’t notice this until the last night cause we were constantly gone and we came back were going straight to bed. When we requested one for the room the girl working the desk made the statement to a supervisor “ the guest from room 212 lost their TV remote” even after we explained the situation to her. Also “as advertised” if you want house keeping items like toilet paper, new towels, new sheets or trash taken out make sure you ask for it. We were told every two days house keeping would come through but this was not true. The one single time the housekeeper did show up during our stay it was minimal service literally only changing out towels and taking trash. Also as advertised it’s above a coffee shop but the shop doesn’t open until 7am so if you’re an earlier riser like we are, the next closest thing is a gas station down the road that serves “Death Wish” coffee. The coffee shop is where you check in and the baristas aren’t adequately trained to deal with most guest concerns, instead they have to call or text someone else. Now with the bad out of the way, the location is 100 percent ideal putting you right in the middle of Main Street Sturgis. The parking in the back is decent, the rooms are perfect for one couple or even two. The architecture/Ascetic's look amazing. The WiFi was decent and the coffee in the actual shop is okay. If you are looking for a great location with everything need within walking distance this is the place. Other than that I’d check o it other locations
