Situated in Gulf Pines, this lovely house for $2,895 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Verona is an exquisite, new seven bedroom vacation rental in Miramar Beach located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. White-sand beaches and crystal clear waters are just steps away from this Italian-styled villa. No stone was left unturned when it comes to the design of this home. Among the intricate details are exposed cypress beam ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and travertine floors. As you enter through the front door, you can't help but feel like you're in Tuscany with the 12-foot coffer ceiling and elegant details. The living room features a custom limestone fireplace and a 65" Smart TV with a home theater system. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a Sub Zero refrigerator, 48" Wolf range-top with a griddle, an extra- large island, and a spacious baker's pantry. There is plenty of room for everyone at the twelve-seat dining table, island bar or pub table. The lanai is the perfect area for the family to gather, eat, swim, or relax. It is comprised of an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink and grill, dining table, a private infinity-edge spa pool, private beach access, water closet, and an outdoor shower so all of your beach needs are met. The master suite is located on the first floor and emits luxury in every sense of the word. You can enjoy the gorgeous beachfront view from the large windows or step right out to the lanai. The private bathroom is luxurious and includes two vanities, a spa tub, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads as well as a hand-held shower. At the top of the winding staircase is a secondary master king suite with adjoining balcony and a private bathroom which features a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, hand-held shower, and water closet. The remaining bedrooms include a guest king suite with private double vanity bathroom on the main floor, a guest king suite on the second floor with private double vanity bathroom and adjoining balcony, a bunk room with three sets of custom built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom, a double suite with two full size beds and private bathroom with double vanity and adjoining balcony, and a guest room with a daybed and trundle. On the second floor, you will also find a breakfast bar with a sink, mini fridge, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. Take your coffee and pastry outside on the spacious beach front balcony and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Verona also has a fully equipped laundry room on each floor. A vacation at Verona is not just a vacation, it's a lifetime of amazing memories. **Pool heat must be purchased to use hot tub feature. Please purchase at least a week prior to your stay. ***Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April. Fireplaces will not be in working order from May to September. Perfect place for a big family to get away from everything. Enough space where everyone could have some solitude but plenty of areas for everyone to come together. Beach access and chairs were awesome

This home is awesome. The pictures do not do justice to how nice. Every detail is first class. This is a well built home with high standards. We were in awe from the moment we arrived in the driveway. The beach is private, sand is like sugar and the water is so clear. We really loved staying at this home and location.

This vacation was fantastic. The property is as described, has everything in the kitchen you might need. A few things to get you started but bring extra trash bags, dished washer pods, extra paper towels..... Location is perfect and SO quiet. The beach chairs provided appear in the morning and disappear at night, no hassle. Highly recommend the property. The only negative is the pool alarm, which is mandated by the state of Florida, but difficult to control. We ended up limiting exit from the back of the house thru one set of doors, but was still a problem. Had a maintenance person come out twice, still an issue. We were a group of adults, should be able to turn off in that case, understand the concept of child protection, but was a constant issue.
That being said, would still rent it again because of the location , the accommodations , the view....... awesome home!!

Best House We’ve Ever Rented for Our Large Family
Very well appointed home with plenty of room to have large family meals or relax and read a book. It was so nice to have the four umbrellas and eight tents set up every morning for beach fun. From the moment we walked into the house, until the time we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house is great for girls' strips, family vacations, couples retreats, you name it. The owners left no stone unturned and spared no expense when he came to luxuary. I am already researching future dates to return.

Five Star Properties - Miramar Beach Italian Home on Oceanfront
Words cannot express how amazing this property is...the owners left nothing out. If you seek a five star experience; posh living for up to 20 on Miramar Beach's crystal clear ocean, this is where you need to go. Every day we woke up to beach chairs set up for us, with umbrellas, and each night they were put away for us. Bikes are in the garage, and you cannot ride around a more beautiful subdivision. Just amazing!!! We would make gourmet breakfasts in the huge kitchen every day, that had ample supplies to accommodate any chef. The pool was perfect, overlooking the ocean, and the outdoor areas were filled with the most comfortable furniture...plenty for everyone. The decor is of an ornate Italian Villa, honestly the most beautiful property we've ever stayed in, and the furniture was so comfortable. The Five Star staff is just a phone call or text away, and believe me they do everything to make your stay as perfect as possible. The property is only 2 min away from restaurants, shopping, wharfs, etc. You will want to cook and eat in, so you don't waste any beach time. Also, night crab hunting is steps from your back door. I cannot stress enough how this property and the staff are more than a 5 star experience.... We will definitely be returning, and would recommend www.FiveStarGulfRentals.com for any family looking for a PERFECT vacation. Absolutely amazing !!!!!
