This contemporary detached house is in Fortuneswell in Portland in Dorset and can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
St Johns View is a contemporary detached house situated in Fortuneswell in Portland in Dorset with sea views. The house can sleep 4 people in king-size double with en-suite shower and double bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with furniture. St Johns View is suitable for families or groups who enjoy water sports. Note: max 4 people.
Note: guests need to bring their own cot linen.
Note: the adjacent church has a clock in the tower that strikes regularly day and night.
Note: The parking is off a very narrow one way street which is constantly parked up on one side.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, under counter fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Off road parking for two cars. Large grassed area. One well behaved dog welcome at a cost of £21 per dog per week (not allowed in bedrooms). Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min. Beach 5 min.
