Home from home Great location close to the hospital Beer Academy on the door step Close enough to Athens Centre with good transport links Great balcony Washing machine Great value for money

On occasion there was a strong smell of fuel at the front of the property but this could not be smelt from the apartment

great stay would stay again if needed. host was very helpful and appartment was very clean. we had a great stay.

we travelled for ivf purposes, the apparent wad very close to the clinic (ark ivf) allowing us to walk there and back, it was clean and tidy and close to the supermarket, Netflix was also great.

the hot water was limited, showers had to be quick to allow enough hot water (January time)

Exceptional

Very clean, warm and cosy apartment that we can only recommend. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Quiet and nice neighbourhood but still very near to chalandri centre.

Great apartment, it makes you feel like home!

The apartment is really great! It has anything you'll need for a long stay. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, all the appliances were new and working perfectly, the two sofas are also comfortable for napping. The room temperature is also perfect (floor heating) and it is located in a really calm neighborhood.

It would have been nice to have a free cleaning service to those staying over 4-5 days. We had to swipe the floor and empty the garbage bins alone during our 9 day stay, which was a bit hard as we were there for health reasons. Also, fresh towels would have been appreciated for a long stay. Also, a small bottle of oil would be nice and helpful for our cooking.

Great location, HYGEIA close, Bed needs replacing as it’s way too soft.

we travelled over for IVF treatment at ARK. The property was very close to the clinic and Chalandri centre. It had everything we needed. It was quiet to stay at.

The only recommendation to the owner would be to please put a new bed / mattress in the apartment. The bed is extremely soft, you sink into it and is not comfortable for 2 people and definitely not comfortable to sleep on when having IVF treatment. My husband ended up sleeping on the pullout sofabed which was slightly better but not great.

Excellent property if you have business in Chalandri.

Clean, modern, in excellent condition, the amenities one expects from such an apartment. A very spacious balcony too, which, even though it didn't have much of a view, was fantastic to sit out for comfort and spend a lazy summer night. The hosts accommodated with a parking space, highly appreciated.

The property is close to busses but not the metro. It is on the first floor with a staircase (no elevator), thus unsuitable in case of mobility issues.

we paid for two nights but only stayed for one night due to medical appointments and flight. we did ask for a credit but the property owner did not consider this option although we advised her that we will be returning

Location was perfect with what I needed to do during trip. Close walking distance ro chalandri Good facilities Good wife and has netflix!

Could do with little bottles of toiletries Decor (bed cover) could do with something more modern in design - but that's just my taste Bed too soft - again, just my taste

Wonderful modern flat!!! Very nice and comfy furnitures, highest level of cleanliness!!! Spacious veranda, ideal to enjoy your coffee, breakfast, drink, lunch! Great location, very close to the center of Chalandri ( maximum 10 minutes walking distance) and very close to Kifisias avenue ( 2,3 minutes walking distance). Easy parking in the area. The ownwer is very sympathetic and tries to do her best in order to guarantee our best possible staying!!! Thank you very much!!! We will visit this flat again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A cosy and clean apartment

A clean room in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only half an hour from downtown. Easy parking in the area

The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator

Great location, perfect for hospital visits, have reccomended and would stay again

We had a slight bit of an error that the wrong keycode was showing or now sent through booking. Thankfully a quick call to the host and we managed to get ourselves sorted within no time and the rest was a breeze. We was here for hospital treatment and it was prime location. Walking distance to the local town for food was bang on as well. My partner is big in the IVF world and has recommended this to many many people already.

Everything was good, we got snowed in and the power went down but this was out of everones hand and was nothing anyone could do about it. So can't fault it what so ever.

Very good

There were too many steps to climb and parking was difficult to enter unless you have a 4*4

It was a quiet neighborhood very close to many shops and restaurants Kifisias avenue is just a breath away

Immaculate light airy apartment.

Lovely light airy apartment. Good WiFi, TV etc. Very very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you need, a home from home.

Some building noise from next door but that was no-ones fault

it wasn't something we didn't like. The apartment was perfect !!! facilities, quiet, relatively close to means of transport. I have nothing to suggest, the apartment equipped with everything you need for 2 people. Thank you for the help provided by the owner !!!

Accommodation for medical tourism’s

It’s very close to the Genesis Athens Clinic. You can have fresh fruits and very delicious traditional Greek food right at the little summer terrace, at the end of the street. You can have also a little market for the minimum necessary things and quick exits to go to the beach or city center. Big balcony and friendly people at the property and around the property.

Maybe it will be perfect to have much comfortable bed 😬, for us was too soft…for our back 😏; oder stuff was all good.
