Het was een prachtige locatie, schitterend uitzicht. Rustige plek. Alles aanwezig in het huisje, bed was prima. Tuin en terras fijn om te vertoeven. Hot tub af en toe was heerlijk.
Douche is wel verouderd, renovatie hiervan zou niet gek zijn. Waterdruk is wat laag.

La maison est située dans un lieu champêtre ,le calme et la vue est très agréable pour se ressourcer .le logement est grand et spacieux avec un extérieure agréable pour profiter du calme du lieu.
La maison est fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de 5 jours ,on trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire dans la ville Dormans.
Par le biais de l'autoroute Reims reste proche ,une belle ville avec une cathédrale magnifique .
Nous recommandons cet hébergement ,la vue et la nature sont au rendez vous .
La propreté n'est pas au rendez vous pour certains détails (assiettes grasses ,le four est sale et non utilisable du coup ).
Le SPA qui est présenté en photo sur le site et qui est un argument dans le choix des clients n'est pas présent à cette saison ,c'est dommage car nous n'avions pas l'information .
La température est limite parfois le matin dans le logement.

Good location for exploring the Champagne area. Comfortable bed and onsite parking.
Le Coq de Champagne was so very disappointing, as it has so much potential, but needs a little bit if love, cleaning and updating. The kitchen and bathrooms in particular need a really good deep clean. We were reluctant to put anything away in the kitchen as a result. Crockery needed to be washed prior to use. The bathroom had insect traps, which were covered in dust and cobwebs. The grout in the bathroom and toilet was black with mould and resulted in us not wanting to use it. Electric safety also needs to be reviewed with sockets and bulbs hanging from their fittings. There was a general damp or old cigarette smell to the entire property, which with airing to reduce. The outside area was also very disappointing; there is no way you would want to sit out there! Our dog also had to be constantly monitored, due to the random (and potentially dangerous) things that had been left. The outside chairs were also not usable, due to presence of bird faeces. Whilst it was at times very peaceful, there is a "bubble" tent at the bottom of the property, which if filled with noisy guests, is somewhat disturbing. We decided to leave the property a day early as a result of the above.

"Superb location, great views over the valley. Be aware the house is on a steep hill. I was cycling and had this climb at the end of each day but it was worth it for the views and peace & quiet."
