Our newest getaway spaces- newly renovated and furnished has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Located just a half block away from the ocean with amazing views, the boardwalk and nightlife. In this beautiful apt you will find everything you need for a beach getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful modern furnishings a queen bed and a pull out sofa for 2. Assigned parking space makes it easy to come and go. * Highlights - Close to beach - Designated parking space Guests have use of the entire space. Laundry is located in the back of the building to the right. Single Parking space available. *Please note: any additional or guest vehicles will have to find street or meter parking* We offer a self check-in with keypad entry. We are located approx 1/2 block from the heart of the Hollywood boardwalk. Short walking distance to Margaritaville night life and restaurants We offer additional services such as early check-ins, late checkouts, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal. ⚠️ Please note that this listing is not wheelchair accessible. -----HOUSE RULES ----- I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in my Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help me as A host by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document. *Please note early check-in/late checkout fee is $15/ hr before or after designated check in/checkout times and only when possible.* Overview I ask that you treat my Home as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Parking Please park your vehicle in the space marked with your booked unit number. Please display parking permit by hanging or placing on your dash. We only have 1 space for most of our units, so additional guests must find parking on the street (and pay the meter for it).**Please note.. any vehicle not displaying parking permit will be subject to towing at owner’s expense** Locking Up Remember to lock up when you leave and at night. This is for your safety! Although our rental is in a safe building. we take security very seriously. Please lock all doors and do not share access code with anyone. Smoking NO SMOKING! The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash after wetting the end. I appreciate your compliance! Trash Disposal You will find trash bags under the sink in the kitchen. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash and put it in the green trashcan in the back of the building. Please break down any large boxes so they fit comfortably in the can. Please throw away all perishable goods from fridge or cabinets before leaving. Dishes Please wash dishes before checking out and place on drying mat. Grill: No grill available at Beach Inn Extra Guests Only authorized booked guests are allowed in the building and in the apt. I do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here or use the facilities. Parties or Events We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in the building or the apt. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or building management. Pets Absolutely NO PETS. Any sign of pets on the premises will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit Broken Items If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. Any items found missing or broken without report will be replaced with your damage deposit at 150% cost price. I appreciate your honesty with this procedure. Beach chairs We offer ours guests 2 beach chairs for use at the beach.These can be found under the bed. **Please brush off all sand and allow to dry before putting back under bed**. We have a whisk broom under sink. If wet at checkout-place in bathtub. -Please try not to leave chairs outside for long periods. Someonemay take them as there is a lot of foot traffic on the street. -- once dry-bring them in! If lost broken or stolen you will be charged 100$ for replacement. Tv TV is Roku. We do not have cable. Each tv does have a lot of popular channels.and can be easily linked to your personal Netflix, amazon prime, or Hulu etc accounts. A/C It is necessary to leave in the AC at all times. Due to the intense humidity of florida sea air, even in cooler weather A/C run to avoid mold or mildew issues. You may adjust the temperature by using the remote control in the key holder by the door. Please return remote for A/C to the key-holder basket on the wall when you leave! Laundry There is a laundry room located in the back of the building. It has 1 washer and 1 dryer and they are both coin operated. We provide detergent for clothes, fabric softener, and dryer sheets if you need them. They can be found in the shelf of the laundry room. Please let me know if there are any issues with the maintenance of the machines and i will try to solve any issues as quickly as possible. Checking Out Please check out of the Apt. by 11am. Checking out by this time ensures that I have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Let me know if this is going to be a problem so we can plan accordingly. Please use the checkout checklist located in this binder. This can help greatly with the turnover procedure for our next guest. **Please collect all personal belongings before checking out!* Check all drawers, cabinets, tabletops, washer/dryer, etc. We are not responsible for any items left behind.** Once again, I appreciate your compliance with these rules. All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use. 2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID. 3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use. 4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. 5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge. 6. The apartment is close to the beach. Parking is comfortable. The size of the room is good. Air condition works very well. The bed is comfortable. Suitcases fit nicely under the bed. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely come back. Sincerely, Jörg Van Hooven.

Attractive/remodeled one bedroom apartment very close to Hollywood Beach and steps from the boardwalk. Very comfortable bed and assigned parking space… Very important at Hollywood beach!

TLDR: come here for the location, not for luxury or amenities. Location: excellent, walking distance to the broadwalk and water taxi, great to have a parking spot as well. There is a courtyard with a little turf patch and plastic chairs which felt cheap. Unit: Good: renovated kitchen, nice basic seaside decor, the AC worked great. Easy to use the lock. Bad: it is a renovated motel, which I did not realize. The windows are tinted, which could help with privacy but make the unit claustrophobic. There is a very strong chemical smell, like cheap cleaning sprays, which was overpowering. There were some stains on the throw pillows, bath mat, and hand towels, and the sink in the kitchen was not draining. I wish they provided some water or snacks to make it welcoming. Sleep: I slept on the sofa and there were no extra blankets/sheets/pillows. Sleep was fair. My family was in the bedroom and they said the bed was uncomfortable and the bedding felt cheap. Overall I am rating this a 3 based mostly on location. I felt the price was high for the subpar accomodations.

We had a wonderful stay. It was close to the beach, restaurants and night life. Everything was clean and the management was attentive to make sure our we had everything we needed

This is an excellent location if you want to go to the beach and are planning to eat all of your meals out. The suite is just as pictured, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and well equipped with beach towels and chairs, and plenty of items in the kitchen. However, there was clearly some sort of insect problem that left a constant stream of debris on the counter and stove. We would not have felt comfortable cooking or preparing any food there. I notified the manager the first morning about the insect problem and never received any response.
