This studio bungalow sleeps four, with two queen beds in the main living area and a futon chaise for seating. A 55-inch Sony TV across from the beds lets you watch your favorite shows at night. Looking to get some work done? Settle in at the desk with 2 chairs (free WiFi is also included!). The tiled bathroom has a stand-up shower. In the kitchen, find everything you need to cook and eat, including a full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with built-in ice maker and cold water dispenser, Frigidaire microwave, and Keurig K-cup coffee maker. With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate the supply you with beach goodies, including beach towels and a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too! This room left much to be desired. The electrical outlet near kitchen supplies didn't work. It was loose and could be moved back and forth. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall. The door handle on entry had been replaced but with the smaller cheaper handle, it made it look junky. I could go with the "cheap" construction but this was the worst of it. The bathroom needed to be cleaner, the wall beside the toilet needed a wash and there was dirt in the corners on the floor Things we enjoyed - location, beds were comfy and clean.

Great location and so nice to have a parking spot. The photos match the unit but it has a lot of wear. Cracked and loose floor tile, minor mold along window seals and bathroom shower corners, drywall holes and patches. No hot water---had to ask to use the shower in a different unit. Stayed four nights and got one shower in. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and small appliances. Lots of plates and just one bowl. I made requests from two different people and both said they get someone to drop a coupe more off. We ended up using coffee mugs for cereal. The hosts were friendly and answered my text messages and phone calls.

This is a great location and the art deco bungalow is perfect. Beds were comfortable and this is a very quiet area. Only wish it had a kitchen sink and a few more kitchen items.

The little condo was great but booked after looking at the pictures knowing there was only a microwave and toaster oven we were also shown a patio and grilling area with table and chairs. After purchasing food for grilling we could not get to grill or table for large pots and other items sitting around. We made the best of things grilling in the toaster and purchasing other foods...... I was a little disappointed due to this cause I have been coming here for the past 5 years and always got a condo with a kitchen cheaper than this one....I rate it a 8 for a clean place but feel it's not a good place to call "a home-away-home when on vacation

Great location, comfortable room. Wifi was out the entire time but luckily I didn’t need to work. No utensils were available in the room, or wine glasses, which I would have expected at that price point, but otherwise the location can’t be beat and the beds and space were quite comfortable.

I couldn’t of chosen a better location to spend my time in Hollywood Beach. It is steps from the beach and restaurants. Right next door is a bar that has live music every night and karaoke which was great. The room was a perfect size for 4 people. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower doesn’t have the greatest water pressure but you are still able to get a decent shower in. The stand up shower drain clogged the 2nd day I was there but Vacasa quickly addressed the issue and had my drain unclogged by the afternoon. I will definitely rent here again when I decide to return to Hollywood.

We had a wonderful stay , cute property with great location , Parking was confusing while arriving maybe state there is a small parking lot before the property would definitely help , Coffee maker did not work which sucked , also listing an iron would help I purchased a small on at the store prior to arrival and I did not have to !! Otherwise those 3 small things this is a great rental .

The location of this rental is perfect! Close to everything! Right almost on the beach and near all the entertainment. The room is well equipped and was very clean when we came in. It had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay here. Our 2 year old felt very at home. Now that he's back home, he's saying he wants to go back to his other home. LOL. The only thing actually that could use some improvement is that water pressure from the shower. But this seems to be an issue a lot of places we go.
