Located in Maalaea, this charming condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our luxurious one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking condo has amazing ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets from the beach. We are located at Sugar Beach Resort, which is steps away from the white sandy beach, and incredible ocean access. As you relax on the private lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, experience the amazing humpback whales enjoying the warm seasonal waters. Our upgraded condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Some of the features include central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV with DVD player, and provide free Wi-Fi. The modern gourmet equipped kitchen, features granite counter tops, shaker style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stylish kitchen island with seating for two. For more intimate dining, we feature a beautiful dining area with glass top table. This unit sleeps 2, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit also includes a front load washer and dryer for your convenience. The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee! Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui’s world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium. Create a lifetime of memories as you enjoy paradise and mahalo for considering our home. Perfect location. Close to everything in and around Kihei. Sunsets and great views from the private property. Appreciated the cooler bag and choice of pillows. It really had everything you need.

The hosts of the unit were great, answered all questions and even went as far as a nights refund when they found out the pool was going to be closed for most of our stay. They thought of everything that you could need for your stay, right down to the snorkeling!!! Thank you for a great place to stay!!!

Our condo was great, however the pool was being repaired, however the owners took car of us.
I would suggest Sugar Beach remove the rugs on the stairs. It smelled bad! The front door to the condo looked like we were stepping into a hotel we wouldn’t want to stay in. So, nothing on the owners, just on the Sugar Beach itself.

The property its self was outstanding. Highly recommend this location. Only issue was checking in. The lady at the desk gave me the wrong room. However, we were able to fix the problem and enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! From the beautiful beach right by the resort to the many amenities of the condo, the beautiful grounds, the location of the resort & the location of the condo in the resort. The condo was so clean & well maintained.
Lisa provides lots of extra bath towels which is a plus when you are staying for a week, kitchen amenities are great, & we loved being able to use the beach chairs & beach wagon when traveling to other beaches.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We both LOVED our stay, we were so sad to leave. Our condo was beautiful, was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Loved swimming in the pool every night, alot of the tenants that were staying were so friendly, we would share what we all did for the day and what we were planning for the next day. Met alot of great people. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a great start to our days. Local fresh fruit was amazing. The location was central to anything you wanted to do. The grounds were maintained daily, easy parking. A great tip we found out when we got there was that they have grocery carts you can use to take your luggage and Costco haul up to your condo. We are already planning our next vacation and we will definitely be staying here for all of our Maui vacations. Has that Home away from feeling ❤️ The only thing I wish was different was that the pool and hot tub stayed open later, other then that it was perfect!

This rental was wonderful, the view was amazing and it was a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, for once slept very well away from home! Area was great as well and so was the surrounding area!! Would definitely recommend or stay there again!

Very well stocked for anything you could or would require. Very clean and a great location. The phone didn’t work and a new phone was installed within an hour! The beach and pool along with all other amenities are great. Highly recommended!

Everything about this property was as described. I could watch the whales from our patio and when at the pool. My 12 year old loved the pool and hot tub, well we all did but she especially loved it. Lots of room to relax around the pool and has a shaded gazebo area. Lots of well kept grills to have cook outs on while making conversation and watching kids in the pool. Two minute drive to ABC store, 8 minutes from food land and Safeway. The beach is smooth sand. The condo is well kept as well and has everything you need. Would love to come back again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for our daughters wedding. We had many guests staying at Sugar Beach for the wedding and all were always very complimentary of our condo versus their condos. Renting this condo wa stone best decision. The area was so pleasant, chill and calming. The condo was fantastic and so easy to rent plus get around to their areas of the island. Being right at the beach and the sitting out watching the sunset was a highlight of our trip!

Everything was so well organized here! We had no problems contacting the property owners or checking in/out of the unit. The place was very clean and had many conveniences like beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella we could borrow. Great stay!
