This is a very pretty, very well-equipped, and comfortable studio, sparkling clean. I did not meet Xavier, but through the messages, his readiness was exemplary.

Everything about the stay was fantastic - right from the suite to the location to the experience in the city.
The host Xavier was so cordial and helpful during our entire stay. He's created a complete guide of things to do, and places to visit along with the best restaurants to try your hands on.
I would strongly recommend staying here.
Nothing in specific.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed a lot. The beds are super comfy. The room is perfectly designed. Kitchen and bathroom has all the facilities you need. They serve complimentary tea&coffee and fruits in the room. Definitely recommended!

The location was closed to all the interesting places that we wanted to see. The driving to the attractions was about 12-15mins. Street parking at night was not hard to find, Friday and weekend was free to park. we didn’t not need to reserved the parking space ($10/night).
Nothing!

Pretty much everything! No flaws to be pinpointed!
That's just a personal thing of mine, the fact that it was on the ground floor and right next to the street, but of course nothing can be done there

A quiet, secure suite in a safe neighbourhood, well looked after by host Xavier. We liked the quaint decor fashioned after a cabin in a pirate ship that was filled with modern conveniences - even Netflix. Beautiful morning coffee and delicious croissants were only a four-minute walk to Boulangerie Croquembouche (just like Paris) and the stop for bus 801 was nearby with a direct route to Laurier Quebec Shopping Mall. Exploring Old Quebec was a pleasure and a gift we will always treasure. We close le Ricochet Urbain because of the high rating on booking.com and the fair price. It served our needs well and was good value in a fairly expensive city.
We are physically-fit seniors who love to walk when the weather is nice. Le Ricochet Urbain is a 1.5 km level walk from the train/bus station and 2.5 km to Château Frontenac, partly uphill because that is Quebec City. In no way was this anybody’s fault but the weather during our one-week April stay was usually cool, windy and sometimes raining which meant we had to spent more time indoors than usual. Our ground floor suite faced the wall of the building next door so the windows were designed to allow light to penetrate but there was no view whatsoever. On a short stay this would be no problem but during our week the suite sometimes felt a little confining.

The unit and building are so clean and well-thought-out. The room has some unique features like the hammock chair. Tiny kitchenette had all we needed; ground coffee, bodum, and fresh fruit were well received; fresh cream supplied too!
All was fine for us.
