The bed was ~very~ comfortable if you like a soft bed like we do, the shower had good water pressure, it was clean, and it did have a portable AC unit (but that comes with a caveat).
The room was absolutely tiny, we had to rearrange the kitchenette and move it to the corner so we could open both medium suitcases. It also advertised an oven that it didn’t have (we weren’t ever really going to *use* an oven, but we do tend to use that to suss out the size of the space). The shower also has a full-length window into the rest of the bedroom, which was wild and something you should know about (the middle is frosted, but it was really wild all the same). Also, the toilet area is so small that you can’t really shut the door and use it if you’re tall.
Lastly, the AC doesn’t quite cool the space down all the way, which was okay in the late summer, but would probably be very uncomfortable (at least for other americans used to AC) during the warmer months.

We had the Belle Verde room and it was fantastic. Gorgeous little room that still managed to fit a kitchen and dining table. View was lovely and the shared verandah was a lovely oasis at the end of a long day walking. Location excellent being close to pubs and cafes and only a 25 minute walk into the city.
Room hit with afternoon sun so was a little warm when coming back after a full day out. But this was remedied by sitting on verandah and leaving room door open to allow air conditioning to float in.

Outside the old town but easy enough to access by foot or bus. Quiet location. Space in kitchen was tight but kitchen facilities were suitable to allow preparation of simple meals. Good communication with host. Great shower.
Air con is a portable system that was noisy for sleeping and struggled to cool the room in hot weather.
Bed was very soft!
Lock on front door is very difficult to operate!

Very beautiful and cosy room
The front door doesn’t work really well, so we could’t get in. All the help is on distance, which took really long to get actual help. Once we were in the room was beautiful but the air contidioning was unreasonably loud, and really needed to turn it on because the room got hot.
