This is our 3rd consecutive year renting this house. We love the location, proximity to the beach and communication from the property manager.
I am very concerned about the degrading maintenance of the property: broken blinds, missing and broken lights, tired furniture (inside and out). Without assurance of some simple investments/upgrades, we'll have to look elsewhere.

Very nice place, great for 8 adults to spread out, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A few issues such as broken wooden slats on door blinds, broken cabinet door, lock on outside door to balcony wouldn't lock, paint peeling on bathroom cabinet doors, upstairs king mattress that's seen better days and needs to be replaced (all comments are constructive criticism). Would love to come back!

This was our 2nd stay and we will be back! The house is great and you just can’t beat being right on the beach! The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and the deck is amazing. Communication was great, very responsive. They even found a shirt we left behind and are shipping it to us.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday here. Beautiful ocean, white sugary sand with lapping waves footsteps away and fantastic views. The property is well stocked, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. We had a great and memorable stay!

What an amazing view and access to the beach . You are very close to lots of great places to eat , souvenirs, coffee and rentals . We spent every evening on one of the 3 balconies watching the water and enjoying the breeze . Great place for family’s of all ages .

The property is right on a private beach. Perfect location. We had 12 people staying. 6 adults and 6 kids. It has 4 master suites with full baths, plus a bunk room with 4 bunks and a full bath. Plenty of room to park.

Great Family Beach House
This house was perfect for our family of adults, teenagers and toddlers. You cannot beat the location! Lots of parking spots, Dairy Queen and Pascalli right across the street, very clean, and the ocean view and easy beach access made our family vacation even better. Brittney was very responsive when I reached out for information, and we were even allowed to check in a bit early. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beach access
The house was very nice, not perfect, but would definitely rent again. Great access to restaurants and the the beach. Communication with management needed to be started by me but they responded when asked a question. The house is stocked with the very minimal basics so be prepared to bring or buy all items you would like to utilize: seasoning, paper towels, beach towels, dish soap, etc. Sharing for informational purposes if you are the type that likes to plan in detail. To stress again, our family had a great experience and would rent again.

Nice House, but a few issues!
Very nice property and location, but when checking in the code did not work. We were given a name and number and was instructed to call Jeannie if we had any problems. When we called Jeannie, she had no idea who we were or why Brittney would have given us her number that this was not even her area to cover. She honestly was very rude and put us on hold to talk to her Chinese Food delivery guy and continued on saying she didn't know about our property. After 9 hours of driving this was very frustrating. We had to reach out to Brittney who was able to respond, but it took over 30 minutes of calling and standing in the heat to get in. When we got in the house it was very nice, but there was a terrible odor. We finally found the smell and it was coming from under the sink where we found a small garbage can with rotten fruit in it. Once we removed it and bought some febreeze this improved. Lastly, in the bedroom my husband and I were in upstairs, the bed had a plastic mattress cover over it that sounded like you were laying and felt like you were laying on a piece of plastic. Every time you moved it make a loud noise and It was very slick so the sheets continued to come off the mattress. We were afraid to move it, because it had to be on there for a reason. This is the only bed that had it. I would recommended a much better grade of mattress cover than plastic for future guests. We tried using the grill, but it was out of gas and very old. I called Brittney and she replaced the gas and while the guys were there they relayed the grill needed to be replaced, so it was replaced with a new grill in a day. The first day on the beach, the beach team said no one told them we needed chairs and an umbrella, but Brittney was timely and was able to get the umbrella and chairs set up for the rest of the week. Although it was a nice stay, when you pay that much money for a week vacation you expect a bit more. We appreciated Brittney helping us with getting what we needed but from the start it was bumpy.

We did not report because we were told the house had just been inspected and were sure this was part of the inspection. We were wrong. After checkout, they charged us $600 for damages. It was like that on entry! My 3 yr old actually tripped as the stair tipped. No worries, we just avoided stepping on that step each time up and down. The things they didn’t mention and we didn’t gripe about but were wrong with the place: ceiling in 3rd floor peeling, toilet flushed half the time, toilet paper holder wasn’t secured in wall, closet door handle would pull out when opened, grill barely cooked a burger due to saltwater damage over time, NO beach towels as presented in the listing, management company did not ask any questions prior to charging us for damages. Once again, I own a house. Things happen. No concern until you CHARGE me for things not damaged by us. Recommend being present AT the home inspection and immediately documenting any concerns so you are not charged. We loved our stay…until we left. Word to home owner, you might want to take the $600 out of the management/inspection companies check. Are they charging every renter the damages already present?

As a family we love the well-thought-out layout of this beach house. Many areas together and enjoy each other. The number of bathrooms was just GREAT!!! Even a bathroom on the patio section. A wonderful view of the beach and direct access to the beach. And many many restaurants that we love you.

Unobstructed view and access to beach, Needs some updating and maintenance. Mattresses all need replacing, mid level room shower door needs work. Great decks. Would rent again if improvements are made.

The only issue we had was that we got there after check in (4:20pm) the cleaning staff was still there cleaning. It felt like she was rushing to get out and so I don’t think the house was as cleaned as it should have been.
However, the home was beautiful and we aren’t too picky! The location was perfect. The view was amazing. My family and I had a wonderful relaxing time! The beds were comfortable. The house felt spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t need anything. I would recommend this home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm sure it's tough to maintain beachfront property on a year-round basis. Salt, rain, and high humidity levels pose a constant challenge. Nonetheless, at ~$1K a night, renters deserve an odor-free experience. The location is perfect, and the photos accurately represent the property and its surroundings. The ice machine is an AAA+ bonus! Just expect to spend some time in your laundry room when you get back home.
