Situated in San Leon, this attractive house for $280 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Clean, Bright and Updated, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home will make your family's vacation dreams a reality. The home will accommodate 6 with a Queen bed in each of the two bedrooms plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the Day Room. The rental area is located on the 3rd. floor with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sun rise from the large deck overlooking the bay. The second floor is private and no one occupies it during your rental. You are welcome to use the second floor deck for relaxing while you enjoy the cool breeze. The property features a 350 foot Lighted Pier with a fish cleaning table and running water, electricity, overhead lights at the end of the pier, as well as lights that shine out into the water.. There are several boat launches in the immediate area. There is a boat lift available for up to a 20 foot boat to raise it out of the water when you are not out fishing. The Home has central air and heat and the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a 46 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area with two smaller tvs in each of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer available in the guest bathroom for your convenience. There is also a gas grill available on the deck overlooking the waterfront. The Home is located in San Leon, Tx which is on Galveston/Dickenson Bay. It is just 10 minutes away from the Kemah Boardwalk and 20 minutes from Galveston. Nasa is also a short 20 minute drive. Wi-Fi is available. There are several restaurants' nearby, Top Water Grill and Pier 6 both have excellent food and are located 10 minutes from the house.

The pictures of the pier DO NOT do it justice! So much room for everyone to fish! We caught several different kinds of fish of the pier everyday! The house was well stocked with everything you need. Very clean and roomy! Also so thankful for the elevator! We really used that! We will for sure be back!! Thank you for some great memories!

A good friend of mine and myself brought his boat from Houston to fish for a few days. The lift and pier were fantastic and the house was perfect! We had everything we needed for cooking and the elevator made it very simple to get our gear up to the house. Fishing was good as was the weather for the most part. If you do rent this property I would highly recommend Top Water Grill for sure! I will absolutely rent this property again

My second trip to the property, had another great work meeting there. Tv in living room was great for sharing laptop presentations. Got work accomplished and spent the rest of the time fishing! This is a great spot for a small work meeting or a family vacation.

There isn’t enough positive words in the American dictionary to describe this place. Everything was perfect. The house was immaculate. The dock was a great relaxing point to fish or even enjoy the sunrise. It’s perfectly located for any attraction in Galveston yet far enough away from the city life.

I felt that the home owner were a little inconsiderate, earlier that day they called my husband to confirm check in which in its self would be fine but they called twice again on the way going there. When we arrive at 1130 at night the neighbor/ cleaning lady came to show us around the property ljke we couldnt figure it out.

The pier was the event's highlight for the kids as they spent 17 hours a day out there fishing and hanging out. The pier was well-lit, and having a sink was very convenient! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. We had an amazing weekend and caught various fish (redfish, speckled trout, pigfish, etc.). While you are there, be sure to check out the folks at Eagle Point Fish Camp! Their service was best-in-class!

The house was exactly as represented in the pictures. A beautiful home with very great views of the water. The guys didn't catch much on this trip, but they enjoyed the fishing pier and their time together. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful.

My spouse and I spent 3 days on the property with our closest friends, to celebrate birthdays. The house was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. The elevator was so convenient. We were able to bring the luggage and other essentials up two flights of stairs without climbing the stairs, which was heavenly. Carol and Janet were very communicative and responsive to our every need. Wonderful experience.
