Nestled in Moses Lake, this charming house for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This waterfront retreat is your gateway to fun, fishing and relaxation on the renowned waters of Moses Lake! We welcome you to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our families huge deck facing the water. Our home is situated on a one acre piece of land with a private boat cove on the lake just minutes away from a huge ORV park with sand Dunes usually only found at the ocean. The fiber optic network offers internet speeds that are lightning fast! Enjoy the great fishing just feet from this house and water sports galore! within miles of our home is a great water park that kids will love. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could want and more including tableware, cooking utensils, High-end stove & oven, microwave oven, Electric skillet, KitchenAid Mixer, Blender, toaster, dishwasher and a huge Dining table with two leaves. The Dining area contains a 140" powered projection screen, Sound bar and a multimedia Smart projector equipped with Android smart media. You can utilize this projector to Cast your presentation from your laptop,. insert USB media or SD media into the projector, or Bluetooth cast from your smart phone. The living room has a large Couch, a sleeper loveseat and a power reclining home theater chair. A 65" 4K Ultra HD smart TV and 4K Blue Ray DVD player. Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds with full size memory foam on the bottom, twin on top and Full size trundle. The second room is lake facing with a memory foam Queen size bed and a single convertible sleeper chair. Both rooms have 1080p Smart TV's. The main bathroom is full size with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sleeper chair and a private bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower. This house also has a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience. Enjoy comfort no matter the weather with the central forced air heating and air conditioning. The nearby Highway does cause some noise that is audible on the deck and a mere whisper at one end of the house. To implement our no-contact check-in and also to do the most that we can to protect your vehicles and belongings during your stay we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the house and at the dock area. These cameras have no visibility into any interior part of the home. Any security devices in the house are passive only meaning no audio or video.

Only real complaint is that it is two houses from freeway. We were unaware. Too cold to use any outside facilities but they looked great. However, being from a quiet country setting, not sure I'd want to sit on deck and study traffic? Otherwise perfectly suitable.

I did not stay at the property, but my son, who is in the army, and his family stayed there with their dog. They had just returned from South Korea, where he was stationed, and this was his home base, to be able to see us and his sister and family before they had to head to their new duty station. He had to leave sooner than we expected and the host was very understanding about it. They said they were very happy with their temporary home. Thank you for your kindness.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at Moses Lake. We had a great experience at this family-friendly home on the water. The kids and dogs loved roaming around the large yard and hanging out on the dock. It was a perfect place to relax after fun days at the Moses Lake golf courses. We'll stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed this home and location. It was a perfect location. Friendly neighbors! The communication with the proper owner was top notch. Anything you need, this home has it. Great for a romantic getaway or an entire family. They have it all for all ages!! If you forgot something at home, guarantee this home has it. Thank you for a great time. We’ll be back!!

Towed the boat over to Moses lake. Hoping to moor the boat at the dock. But the water levels were too low to use. Can't really blame anyone. As the levels are regulated by the county. But it was still a bummer. The house was great. Didn't spend much time there as we were on the water most of the weekend. Clean, well maintained, and orderly. Pretty awesome time. One of the bathroom fans was making an awful noise. So it wasn't used. But overall we enjoyed the property. Thanks!

Great secluded location in a safe neighborhood. Close to interstate, and was a little loud, but still nice. Had a few issues, the owner was quick with responses. Easy to work with, will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying here. Extremely easy check-in process, had everything i needed for a 2 week work trip. Only downside is the road noise from the Interstate and the master bathroom was about 6 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. I would definitely stay again and in fact have already booked my next stay!

Property was great with the fences big yard and lake front. House could use a little repair but that is to be expected as a pet friendly home (master door trim scratched up, carpet transition worn to the tack strip, etc. Minor things). Did not smell like pets which was nice. Did have a lot of flys inside the house that may point to a larger unknown issue. Overall it served what we were looking for.

Very nice house and property, it was spacious enough for all our family, friends, babies and pets to not to be overcrowded. The only complaint, would be the freeway noise. Even that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. The dock was an added plus, a family, that lives in Moses Lake, was able to bring the boat, and give me a tour of the lake. Thank You for the unforgettable memories!!

I have two doggies that travel with me and this was perfect. Huge fully fenced property with an awesome setting on the lake. The house is older....but clean with great Wifi, TV (including in each bedroom) and air conditioning. The owners gave a warning about barking dogs----which my dogs met and exchanged barks! Neighbor dogs did not bark unless I was out with the dogs....and by the end of my stay (4 nights) they pretty much ignored us! Owners also warned about traffic noise but it was not bad at all. I am one who likes the TV on in the bedroom....which completely eliminated traffic noise.

Comfortable stay. Needs some updating but because we have 2 small dogs we didn't feel like we had to keep them off the furniture so that was nice. Great view of the lake. Freeway noise but no big deal since we are from downtown Everett. Dogs next door were friendly and only barked when our dogs were outside! The BBQ grill is awesome! We will come back!

Like the other reviews. Loud freeway sounds and noisy dogs next door. The home itself is comfortable, with a few cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. Nice view on sunsets and a huge deck for outdoor seating. Unfortunately, we only had 2 nice days of weather. It's been a weird summer.

Perfect place for our mini vacation. House was clean and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with all the appliances/utensils needed. House is close to all the boat launches. Great place. Great view of the lake. Plenty of parking for truck and boat. We will be back for sure.
