The private patio of Islander Beach Resort, unit 2003 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Islander Beach Resort, unit 2003 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 3 baths, living and dining area, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more. The condo is located on the east side of Islander Beach, on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with parking, beach service, and full-resort access. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise. This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep 6 people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a Second Bedroom with a King Bed, and there is also a third room with a queen bed. There are TV's, DVD Players, and WiFi Internet Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in stainless steel Appliances ...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience. The private balcony is complete with chairs and a table for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking 2nd floor view of the ocean. You will have direct beach access from the poolscape where you can enjoy Sunrises and Sunsets at from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and Florida. This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way. COVID-19: This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property. PROVISIONS: - Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property. - Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am - Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email) - Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. We stayed in 2003 and were very happy with the accommodation. The condo was clean, comfy & the beach was amazing. Ease of check in & check out was the best experience we've ever had & we didn't have to do a bunch of work when we left. There were just a few easy requests that took only minutes to complete. The cupboards were stocked with all kinds of utensils and really everything & more than we needed. The resort is kept clean & you can tell management takes pride in their facility. If we get to visit this area again we will definitely be back!

We were not aware of cats being in the condo previously. It should be disclosed to renters. My daughter is allergic to cats and didn’t have a great stay. We had to keep sliding doors open and air off.

First of all I would like to thank the people involved in reserving this condominium. We're given instructions week or two before we even left Kentucky had no problems throughout our stay the interior of the condominium was absolutely beautiful loved the mirrored walls so that you could see the ocean anywhere you looked in the living room very clean found everything we needed from kitchen ware to bed linens we were well taken care of I kept looking for somebody to come in and cook for it lol guess that didn't come with the package sure appreciate everyone who is involved to make our summer vacation so wonderful I took my three sons 21, 19and 17 and they thoroughly enjoyed It. I can't wait to come back next year thank you again to everyone involved.

This was perfect for my entire family. We had 3 kiddos under the age of 4, 3 sets of immediate families, and PLENTY of room. The views were gorgeous. Our second floor room looked directly at the ocean. It's a sweet, quiet place that was just perfect. The condo was really spacious for my handicapped father as well. The ONLY thing I wish would have been different would be for there to be a pull out couch/sofa bed. You've got to stay here! It's wonderful.

Nice place with a great view and location!
This was an awesome little place to stay for a week. There were 6 adults and plenty of room to move around. The view was amazing. The dunes hid beach goers giving a perfect view across the ocean. We've already discussed booking again!

Great condo for a Great vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo at Fort Walton Beach. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. we had plenty of space with three bedrooms and three full baths. This is the first time our youngest daughter had a four bedroom and bath to her self, so she was extremely happy. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. Very clean. The only drawback would be it is a little difficult to see anyone on the beach because it is on the second floor so your view is more of the dunes and grasses which is beautiful. Loved having the higher taller chairs out on the balcony.

Huge, clean, comfortable
This property is amazing- 1500 sq ft or so. Ocean front with side view of pool which was perfect. We could see pool and kids but we're not directly over pool. Comfortable master bed, soft quilts on each bed. Code on door so never had to mess with a key. Sunset Rentals very responsive. Unit is located on second floor which gives good view of ocean, the dunes blocked view of people on beach, but did not block ocean. Will stay here next visit!

Our Quarantine 2020 family Vacation!
We had the best time here. The condo was very clean and we had even brought cleaners to be extra safe and didn't even feel the need to use it. The condo had everything we needed and was so close to the beach so it was very convenient. Being on the 2nd floor was pretty low but the ocean view was still gorgeous and we also could just use the stairs which was nice to avoid the elevator. The beaches were gorgeous and not over crowded at all. We would love to come back here every year!!

Overall everything was nice in the condo. We could access the beach and pool easily. Carts made it easy to load and unload into the room. The furniture was in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach service was a huge plus! The dishwasher needs to be repaired because it was coming out of the wall when the rack was pulled out full of dishes. My main complaint is the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were very large and over stuffed. The master bedroom's shower curtain needs replaced. It comes off easily and makes it too dark in the shower. Last night we saw a very large bug in the kitchen area. It was the only one we saw so it could just be anomaly. Overall we were happy and would stay there again.

The condo was even better than expected. The location, the view, the cleanliness was amazing.
It was very easy. Except that the rental manager confused all of our names and used the wrong credit card. However, she quickly fixed the problem and made our stay an amazing one. We appreciate everyone and can’t wait to stay there again!
