This will answer most of your questions. Very clean and comfortable, one bedroom condo. Second floor. Mountain view The unit is fully-equipped, (TOWELS AND LINENS ONLY WITH WEEKLY RENTALS) I will provide towels and linen when you FLY in .There are plenty of blankets and pillows. Please note Kitchen has undercounter fridge but no freezer . Small freezer in closet. Microwave convection oven. Built in 5 burner electric stovetop. Keurig coffee machine so bring k cups of your choice. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11 am There is during ski season a free shuttle to Loon Mountain which is only one mile away. We love the condos but check-in is not easy, miss having a service desk to actually talk to someone, We had a problem with email communication and did not have a code or lock number for our room. After some time I was able to find someone to help me out. I wish I knew her name....Thank you!

We stayed here midweek to do a little hiking and check out the foliage. Location is perfect - close to everything we wanted. Condo is clean and as described. The pool and jacuzzi were great to use at night after our day's activities. Bringing linens is a challenge (and the bedroom TV also was baffling to us). But it's a nice place. Glad we came.

Wonderful trip! Hiked Bridal Veil Falls….fabulous prime rib dinner at Gordi’s. Place was perfect in every way….cleanliness, location, contact with owner. Will definitely return next year. Thank you!

The condo was very clean, location was fantastic with easy access to the Kanc. The staff at the condo were very helpful and the lodge was nice with extra amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Lincoln, NH, as our base for our fall foliage tour, and this condo was a wonderful base camp. We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters, and we had plenty of space. The second bed is a queen-sized futon with a nice, thick mattress. However, we were only in the condo for two nights, and the linens were not included. It would have been nice to have had linens. The kitchen is tiny, but useful, and we enjoyed being able to make our own dinner.

This was our second stay. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Check in/out was easy. It is in a beautiful area. Franconia Notch, Echo Lake, Mt Washington can all be reached with short drives. Note - laundry facilities are located in the basement of the building but may be reached via elevator. Clean and well lit. (coin operated)

The condo was spotless, as were the pool and hot tub! The bed was quite comfy and the futon was more comfortable than most futons I’ve slept in. It was well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utensils. The TV was a bit of a challenge, but that may have been the “operator” not the TV. 😏 We only used it in the last part of the evening to unwind. We would definitely like to stay there again!!!!

First of all this is a very nice and comfortable place. Everything was provided. EXCEPT TOWELS AND LINENS! Robert’s description does state this fact. If it did when we booked it months before then it’s our bad that we missed it. In his listing of amenities however, it does indeed state that they are provided. THEY AIN’T!!! We’ve travelled a LOT and have NEVER encountered this. So pay attention and don’t assume. Robert made it very clear to me that he makes his own rules. Got it? Otherwise, it’s nice and convenient to the west side of the Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch SP. The Flume Gorge was exceptionally nice. With all my belly aching about the towels and linens we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great property to stay at. Not only did you have the indoor and outdoor pool it was within walking distance to multiple restaurants also with a short walk out back you could take in the amazing river views, and we will be back next year

This condo was great for my family of 3. We were right by some awesome hiking, stores, restaurants, views and even some great kid attractions. Property was as described and the indoor pool was perfect for our one rainy day.

I took my daughter for a little weekend get away for her birthday the place was clean great location about 45 min from north conway, story land it was just down the rd from clarks. The manager was very nice and very easy to get in touch with if i needed anything or had any question over all We had a great weekend an would highly recommend

This property is in a great location, it’s clean, and the lodge employees are kind and helpful. The kitchen area in the room was nicely updated. Only complaint, wished we brought some k-cups and not regular coffee grinds….but lots of great options for coffee close by.

The condo is perfect for a small family ski weekend or week. Check in was a breeze and Robert is quick to respond with any questions you may have. Everything is spotless and you are central to everything Lincoln and Woodstock have to offer.

We loved our stay at Roberts place at The Lodge! It was the ideal location for our family of 4 (two adults and a 2 and 5 yo). The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect (temp and pressure). The kitchen had everything we needed and extra. I like the proximity (walking distance) to Black Burger Company for dinner and a candy shop in the same plaza. There is also a small coffee place connected to a thrift store and two additional restaurants all in the same plaza. The game room was one of the best I've seen for a hotel/condo. The staff that I interacted with at The Lodge were some of the friendliest people as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone I know.

Rob is a great host that is excellent at communicating. There was nothing I didnt know about the property, Rob was great at being timely with reminders. We had a great time staying Lincoln. The place is less than 5 minutes from the restaurants/breweries in Lincoln and a 10 minute drive to the trailhead for Franconia Notch. Note that towels and sheets are not included. This is clear in the listing but I almost missed it!

The condo was very nice. The laundry room is very nice. No pool or hot tub, as they were undergoing maintenance. Our only issue was not reading the fine print. If you are not renting for a week you will have no linens. We rented for two days on a New England adventure. The night before I reread the confirmation. I reached out to the owner and he confirmed, no linens. The next morning on our drive from Maine we had to purchase two sets of queen sheets, towels and washcloths for a two night stay. After this he said I could possibly rent them from his cleaning service. Too late. I contacted him again and suggested that maybe he should add that possibility to his website so people wouldn't be caught by surprise. He explained the contract was very clear. So renter beware..less than a week's stay, bring your own towels and sheets or find a property that provides linens. Although it added an additional $100 to our budget for offbrand linens, it didn't go to waste. On a drive through Brooklyn, we donated them to a homeless man.
