This home features two master suites, incredible views of the Mountains surrounding Ouray, accommodations for ten, two gas fireplaces, a wrap-around deck, a fully-equipped kitchen ready to cook in and a three car garage along with a 70 foot driveway. We have room for jeeps and toys. AMENITIES INCLUDE: • Absolutely amazing views from almost every room in the house • Updated home with huge wrap-around deck • Window unit AC units in 3 of the bedrooms • Cinema room with huge smart TV • 3 Smart TVs- one in living room, one in the cinema room, and one in the main level master bedroom • 2 gas fireplaces- one the living room and one in the main level master bedroom • Fully ready to cook-in kitchen with granite counter tops • WIFI • Bath towels, pool towels and linens • 3 car garage available for guest use • Hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash • 70 foot long drive way available for guest use- can park 7 vehicles in the driveway **This property is intended for the sole purpose of transient lodging and is not intended to be utilized as a residence** Please be aware this property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in our family. We are taking special steps in preparing our home for your arrival including following recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the protocols laid out by the CDC using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. This was an excellent property, Host very responsive. Great location. Spacious. Good parking. Great facilities in house. Had room for people to spread out and do different things. Kids could watch movies in one room and adults in other. Just really enjoyed our time there. One suggestion for host to consider toppers on beds. Mattresses seemed hard. Only other concern, if owner could do something, was dog in yard to South. It was a barker. Whenever it was out seemed to key in on this house and any movement, even the TV flickering, would set it off and wouldn't stop unless taken in house. But, overall, we would definitely go back.

By far, the best house we've rented through a service yet! Super clean, completely stocked with everything you need and amazing location for Ouray! Rhonda was great and immediately responded when I had a question. The house was a perfect set up for multiple couples and kids.

We have stayed at this home once before and it was good the first time. The addition of air conditioning to the front bedrooms vastly improved the experience but providing a consistent temperature and increased the quietness greatly. We would book again

Stay here! You'll love it! Our multi-generational family attended a mid-week wedding in Ridgway State Park, and this house in Ouray was the perfect spot to hang out. It's a one block walk to a playground, park and the hot springs pool (Thanks for the towels!) and a few blocks to the center of Ouray. We took little hikes around the city, and spent two days at the State Park. There was plenty of room for six adults, two toddlers, and one baby. We took advantage of the fantastic kitchen (with every imaginable tool for a foodie), and spent many hours lounging in the living room. The two master bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Everyone talks about the parking - and they're right: space for probably 5-6 SUVs in a huge garage and on a long driveway. Hosts were lovely; we met them in the garage as they were taking out the trash (!) They responded in 5 minutes when I thought I'd left a jacket. Thank you. Thank you!

The house was perfect. Clean, well taken care of with lots of room to sprawl out. The garage was enormous. Finished basement with a huge sectional to hang out in. Beds were clean and comfortable. We thought we were going to take advantage of the well appointed kitchen but couldn't help but to sample all of the great restaurants in town. Rhonda was very easy to communicate with and a very gracious host.

Loved our stay in Ouray. The aspens were changing into bright yellows. The town is quaint and everything is walking distance. Hope to come back again in the future!

This place was outstanding for our home base while hitting the Jeep Badge of Honor Trails. We were able to fit two full size trucks, 25' trailer, 18' trailer, and 3 jeeps in the garage/driveway. The Hot Springs were a short walk down the road (towels provided in the house), big outside deck with two large tables. My friends and I had a wonderful time with no complaints. We even got to see a bear cross the street just a few houses up! Plenty of room for 7 adults!

This was probably the best Vrbo we have stayed in. Location, view, spaciousness, decor, amenities, cleanliness were all exceptional. We had to leave after the first night due a death in the family, but we will try to rent this property again in the future.

This property was just what we needed for our group. All the amenities were a nice touch. We loved being right in town close to everywhere we wanted to go. The nightly deer visits were a delight. Much to our dismay we did not see any bears. We will certainly be booking again.

Perfect place to stay! Walking distance to both the hot springs and town. We had 7 people and the house had space to spare. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is large and nicely stocked to make meals. Multiple fireplaces make the house very cozy!

We appreciated personal call from Rhonda to welcome us to her property and assure us of her availability, if needed. House was one of three needed to accommodate our family, ages 25-80. Great location on Main St. allowed us to walk to many shops, restaurants, etc. House was clean and well-supplied. Several members of group gathered on the deck for morning coffee and to watch the deer and squirrels nearby. Highly recommend this property.
