About this house rental
Our family has been coming to Horseshoe Bay for many years to enjoy our summers. In fact, we rented this very townhome for the entire summer and we fell in love ⊠so we purchased it.
OWNER MANAGED PRIVATELY OWNED TOWNHOUSE!
We have learned that there are some very exclusive amenities that only certain homes can provide. Not only is our home lakefront it is an âEast Facing" unit which allows you to use the deck in the evening all summer long without the scorching sun in your eyes or the blistering heat that makes many decks unusable during the summer months. You will have amazing lake views during the day and tranquil relaxing views at night. We have a double-decker deck with one deck off the living room and one upstairs off the master bedroom (with a spiral staircase down to the lower deck). Our main lower deck is covered and furnished so you will enjoy grilling, eating dinner here, or just relaxing with a cold drink while you watch the water activities in the cove (stand up paddle, jet skis, and boats). We have outdoor table seating for 6 and a super comfy outdoor couch so plenty of seating for your entire group. When we are in town we spend most every evening out on the deck and we bet you will too!
If you plan to bring a boat and/or jet ski ⊠or if you rent them from LBJ Yacht Club and Marina. Please message us for details. We have a boat slip directly in front of our townhome that you can use.
Popular fishing cove! This is where all the bass boats come for prime fishing. Our son has caught some beautiful bass from our dock! You get to pull up a chair and throw your line in!
The living room offers amazing lake views with the over-sized picture pane windows overlooking the lake. It is just as beautiful inside as outside on the deck.
Our condo sleeps 6 on beds.
Master Bedroom #1 = Cal King (Brand new high end Serta mattress, resort quality linens and bedding)
Master Bedroom #2 = King (Brand new high end Serta mattress, resort quality linens and bedding)
Living Room = Couch
Loft = Twin Bunk Beds and access to a Queen Air Mattress (all new quality linens and bedding with all needed bedding and pillows provided). NOTE: The loft area is up some steep/ladder style stairs. These are. not suitable for small children or those who have mobility issues. If you have questions about this please ask prior to booking.
You will find plenty of closet space and usable dressers in both master bedrooms, and storage in the loft bedroom.
You will have a fully stocked kitchen: dishware and utensils for 12, glassware, stemware, bake ware, cooking items, wine opener, spices, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you).
We have 3 bathrooms; 2 are full baths in each master bedroom, and there is a half bath downstairs and a half bath in the loft area. Each bathroom is fully stocked with resort quality bathroom towels and we have hair dryers in both master bathrooms.
We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and in both of the master bedrooms with cable tv provided. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided).
We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.
Gas grill for cooking and BBQ tools are located in the townhouse.
Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here!
There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line right off the dock, or walk to various fishing spots ... or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies.
You can rent boats from LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland.
There are also many local day trips that are wonderful!

* Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour drive)
* Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls (10 minute drive)
* Tons of great Restaurants (we will provide a GREAT list once you book!)

You will be able to access all parts of our Town Home except our under deck storage and 2 owners closets.
Interaction with Guests
We will be available by phone (call or text any time 24/7), and we actually live in Horseshoe Bay full time - so unless we are traveling ... we are very close by. We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask.
The Neighborhood
You are going to love our end unit waterfront townhouse located on the exclusive âIsland Drive" which is in the very best area of Horseshoe Bay! Island Drive is gorgeous! And you will want to take your morning and evening walks there!

NOTE: We also have a (2) 1 bedroom condos available (one is about a 30-60 second walk and the other about 3-4 minute walk) and we have a (2) 2 bedroom townhouses across the street from the resort - so if you are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We network with other HSB owners too so if our units are booked or you are traveling with a group let us know and we will help you get your trip all set up!

The condo was very clean and set up very nicely with two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. We wish the water pressure in the showers was better. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful from the decks. Perfect in the morning for sipping coffee and the evening for sharing a bottle of wine. There were only 3 chairs around the patio table, but advertised as having 6. Our 4th adult had to lean against the back of the patio couch to âsitâ at the table. This was unfortunate. The patio cushions were ripped and torn. We were told they had some replacements on order. We did not cook in the kitchen but it appeared to be properly equipped for cooking. We did use the outdoor grill. Unfortunately, only 1 of the 3 burners worked. There were a lot of TVâs in the condo which was nice, but the resolution on all of them were blurry. We could not get the deck TV to work. Overall, this condo was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to all of the amenities. My husbands family owned a water front home on the same street for many years. We consider Horseshoe Bay one of our favorite getaways.

This property makes me want a lake condo! It was perfectly put together have everything we need. Love the awesome easy access to the dock. Was able to tie our boat up. Had the best time.

Perfect play to stay in town for a wedding. Boys fished right up until it was time to get cleaned up and act like gentlemen.
