Was very happy with how everything. Was with the room. This was our second time on this property and couldn’t ask for anything better and the location. Will be planning to come back next year and the host was great and sent Maintenance to repair the door without even asking. 10 out of 10

We book with Donna for our week vacation in 30a each year — it is ALWAYS our favorite. Great condo, comfy bed, clean, quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a lowkey getaway. We had groceries delivered and used 30a Grub 2 Go for a lot of meals. We even used Lyft to go to Grayton for dinner this year to truly maximize our relaxation. This location is perfect for convenience because it’s close enough to get deliveries but far enough from the hustle. Can’t wait til next time!

First time visit to the area and definitely impressed! Seagrove Beach is super clean and well maintained. The water was closed a lot while we were there but we still enjoyed it despite that. This condo is in a great spot on a private beach and after walking around and checking out other areas of this beach, we knew it was a gem. Just an FYI for future guests, on the private beach, you cannot have canopies, tents, etc. Only umbrellas. So you can rent them from the company that sets up at the waterline or you can bring your own. But they do enforce the rules. I did have to provide my own TP, paper towels and trash bags but that was easy to pick up with my groceries. The balcony has an amazing view and I got to see dolphins one morning with my coffee, and also enjoyed watching fishermen at the shore and someone foil surfing. The beds were comfy, fridge was large and we were really happy with the 3rd floor location. Super quiet but still easy to navigate down the stairs and so easy to get out to the beach. Donna was very responsive and a great host. Definitely one of the best owners we've worked with. Thank you for sharing your amazing spot with us!

This is the perfect little condo tucked in to such a cute neighborhood in Seagrove. Has all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent location and even better beach! Walk right out instead of several flights of steps. Mid June and the area right in front of the condo unit was not crowded. Nicely remodeled and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Purchased fresh seafood from market nearby. Great overall experience!

Great location, right on the beach! Saw dolphins every morning of our stay. With two young ones we loved having the option of being able to go back and forth to the condo with just a short walk. Will definitely stay again!

This is my favorite location on 30a. It’s right in the middle of everything. The condo is lovely and is exactly as advertised.

This condo is great for the money, as similar ones are double or more. Right on the beach, so location can’t be beat! One thing to note: washer/dryer are shared/public at the bottom of the stairs - not a deal breaker, but didn’t know ahead of time. A few small things that needed attention: some linens were stained and torn, trash can is missing the step portion, storm door is very hard to open and will knock into you hard if not held open, crackers and sand on the floor upon arrival (I did not make Donna aware of any of this because it wasn’t a huge deal). OVERALL, we would definitely return for the price, just a few notes for the owners!

The property is well maintained, with designated parking and beach access. We enjoyed being able to go back and forth easily between the beach and the condo. The top bunk is only made for a small child in my opinion. We had two adults and two teens and it was very hard for any of us to use the top bunk.

Great location, right on the beach. There are 3 flights of steps to go up and down every time you come and go, which we didn't realize at booking, but the view and location make up for it

The location of this property couldn't have been better. My family and I definitely enjoyed starting a new Thanksgiving tradition in this home.

Will rent again

We had a fairly good experience at this Leeward II unit. The owner was super attentive and helped with chair rentals. I would consider any rental she may own as she is a great communicator. We did not like the bed/pillows. Pillows were spongy and the bed too soft (probably just personal preference). We rolled to the middle and we are both small people. We were only there for 3 days, so we dealt with it. No spices at all (salt/pepper included), so bring everything you need (might be a covid thing)! This unit is on the 3rd floor, so be aware there is no elevator and the stairwell is VERY dark at night. The stairs are in need of some attention, as there are a few that have loose boards. They are all painted gray, so be careful descending! My husband missed the last step almost every time he went down. The balcony is very small and overhangs the patios for the units on the first floor. There were chain smokers below us and we couldn't sit out there much because they seemed to ALWAYS be out there smoking when we were... That was disappointing. The unit sits back from the Leeward I unit so there is NO view of the East end of the beach/ocean. All you see is the side of the other Leeward building. Felt a little too closed in for us. Probably wouldn't stay in this building/unit again because of that, but have stayed up and down this section of Seagrove Beach many times and will return to the area again.

Easy!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for friends wedding weekend. The interior was very updated with great beach vibes. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets from the balcony, easy beach access and quite location.

My only complaint would be to supply beach towels and beach chairs. Currently, you have to rent beach chairs & an umbrella from an outside company for $50/day

We really enjoyed our stay here. Right on the private beach with easy access and beautiful views. The owner/manager was responsive and made everything easy.

We had a wonderful time. The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond. We were concerned about Hurricane Ian but we could not have asked for better weather. Would stay here again without hesitation!!!

The property is directly on the beach. You can sit on the patio and look for the dolphins swimming by. The location is great and was very quiet when we were there. Early morning run/walks along the water was best time to sea many sea creatures. Can’t wait to go back!

This was the perfect on the beach getaway. I grew up vacationing in Seagrove. It’s been 17 years since I have been here. I was not disappointed. The condo was clean, stocked and the view is fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thank you Donna for the hospitality.
