Reviewer Comments:
Pelican 602 had beautiful views of the bay, boats, and water park. The walk across the bridge to the gulf side beach was long, but nice to not have to cross traffic. From the public beach you can walk to Angler's or the Crab Trap for lunch and get a table right away and beat the dinner crowd. The condo needed some TLC and we reported the issues to mgmt: dishwasher broken, dirty dishes in cabinets, clothes dryer not hot, very dirty floors. Kitchen was stocked OK, could have used a cutting board. We were not offered a credit or discount.
