Located in Rocky Point, this attractive condo for $208 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful beach front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, family friendly. Great views of the ocean, pool, Old Town, sea life and beautiful sunsets. The resort is secure with a guard on duty at all times, kids playground, fitness facility, restaurant, picnic table and BBQ grill available . Great access to pampering at the spa next door. The Hut Bar and Grill, and Chongos is located just outside the gates owned by Roger Cline and the Peacemakers for great music and happy hour. Rental equipment is available in the resort office. Dolphins swim by on a regular basis, great tide pools for you to explore, walks on the beach are perfect. It is a quiet, family friendly beach and resort. Located on the 4th floor close to the elevator. Beautifully decorated with a TV in the master bedrooms and the living room, spacious patio with comfortable patio furniture for dining and relaxing. Leather sofa, kitchen is fully equipped, towels are provided. Very convenient to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, great new movie theater in English with Spanish subtitles reasonably priced. Catamaran, banana boats, jet skis and horseback riding, massage on the beach by Yolanda are available. Wireless internet and wifi are available in the condo and in the resort computer room. Please be aware that it sometimes is not available.

We loved almost everything great location, beautiful view. Pots and pans terrible, all of them damaged and need to be replaced. Also coffee maker was dirty.

Loved the property. We went for Circus Mexicas and we could walk to the concerts at Banditos. Other restaurants walking distance as well. Plenty of room for 6 of us, no one had to sleep on the couch. Love that the beach is right there, and a swim up bar. We brought chairs but I noticed there were quite a few in the bedroom closet. I do wish we'd get extra kitchen towels. We washed dishes alot.

Hi, We love to stay at the Sonoran Sea due to the location of the property. This unit was great because it had two full beds in the 2nd bedroom which is perfect for teenage brothers. Kitchen had everything needed and the place was very comfortable and no issues at all.

Love the Condo, everything there that you need. The shower curtain in the master bath fell down repeatedly, sometimes in the middle of the night, pain in the butt as it was all cracked and warped hard to get back together. Front desk people were very rude and non helpful acting like they couldn’t find my Reservation because I had my middle name listed on my DL. Front desk Took my ID to use the cart when I checked in and unloaded and then lost it for a substantial amount of time come to find out one of the other front desk people put it in there pocket. Made me take a pic during check in Seems unnecessary to make a guest feel unsure of identity being used and almost like you should be Grateful to be there. Wash your towels they won’t give you any extra. In my opinion Sonoran Spa has better employees and make you feel more at home during your stay.

Melinda was amazing, great communication. The place was beautiful and so clean, which I really appreciate that. My kids and my parents loved it all. So much peace and quiet the whole time. Definitely will be staying here again.

We had an amazing time here. The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the property and the beach. It was quiet and literally steps from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice location and very close to the beach. Safe parking. It was a nice stay but diffenitly could use some upgrades. Many minor problems but over all okay. Just bring your own pots and pans if you want to cook, they do provide but are really worn. Bring your own towels, they're also very old. Bring your own coffee filters, seasonings and soap to wash clothes if need to. Maybe these are the obvious but this was my second stay at a VRBO rental and my first stay was very accommodating compared to this place so I thought it would have been similar. I would recommend just bring all your own stuff.

The property is great for kids and adults. Service at the pool and beach cabanas was fast and friendly. Massages from on the beach from Yolanda and Lupita were both amazing and Martin made phenomenal micheladas. The entire property was clean and the staff was all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back as soon as I am able.

We had a great time at Rocky Point / Puerto Penasco. This condo was spacious, clean, safe and had an amazing patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The beach and pool was a few feet away. Full sized fridge, even a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property.
