About this house rental
Located in Saint Augustine Beach, this attractive house for $304 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated. Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes. The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool. There is a door code for entry to unit Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY UNIT, 2 DOGS MAXIMUM, IF THE DOG IS A BARKER THEY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. THERE ARE BREED RESTRICTIONS AS OF MAY 2023 NO PIT BULLDOGS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, ALASKAN MALAMUTES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, SIBERIAN HUSKIES, ST. BERNARDS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE. IF YOU DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY THE HOA CAN REQUEST THAT THE RENTER BE EVICTED. We really enjoyed our stay! It is a wonderful location to the beach and just a short drive to the historic district/shopping. Our dog had a wonderful time at the beach as did we. I would recommend. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and beach.

This property is AMAZING!!!
Beautiful views of the ocean from the 2nd floor MBR balcony. Our family of four & our grand pup had a great time! Beachwalks occurred at least 3x a day! Kudos to Lisa (the owner) for many reasons! Beautiful decor/impeccably clean/best supplies for the beach/ kitchen & bathrooms that we have ever experienced in a vaca rental in St Augustine Beach! Made lots of new memories! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This townhouse was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and was well stocked ! Every bed was comfortable and the house was exactly like the pictures. Lisa was a great help and responded to message’s quickly. We were right next to the walkway to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!!

I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals over my many years and this was one of the best I have stayed at. The beds were comfortable and we found the place very clean. The garage is a big plus, especially if you have dogs. There are beach toys, buggies, chairs and even beach towels. The bath rooms were stocked with soap, shampoo and TP, plus great water pressure. Both showers could be used at the same time, which is a big plus for everyone going out in the evening. Plenty of games, books, puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great place. Also, I left a very important item. Lisa was so great to take care of this for me and have it shipped to me. You will find her to be very nice and great to work with. You can’t go wrong staying here. Just another note, the entire property is nice and well kept. I felt very safe there. The pools are large and very nice.

The townhouse was gorgeous and very clean. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect! We'll be back! (The only reason why I didn't give the neighborhood 5 stars was because the morning we were leaving, we were completely blocked in the complex by some crane thing that blocked the only way out, and we weren't notified that this was going to happen.)

This was the perfect beach vacation for my family. We brought our 2 eight year old boys (each got their own bed) and dog. Easy walk to the beach, next door to mini golf and a few minutes drive to restaurants (you could probably walk to few). It was only a 15 minute drive to the historic St Augustine City, easy to go for the day. The owner has the house stocked with all you would need to cook in the kitchen and on the grill, huge fridge, and a great selection of beach chairs and towels with a cool wagon to cart down to the beach. We brought boogie boards and the kids enjoyed the waves. Rained every day around 2pm which gave us a much needed break from the sun, nice to have a place close to take shelter. The owner responded quickly to any issues and you can tell she takes pride in her properties. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, everything was perfect! The kids are already asking when we can come back!!

This condo was very well stocked with everything… lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bath towels, kitchen supplies. We had a great time. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walks on the beach at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, Publix and historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo has a direct ocean view from the upstairs bedroom balcony Plus it fronts the dunes which provide privacy on the downstairs patio as well
It was very clean and the host provides everything you may need There are 2 pools, a wooden walk way to the ocean, and a good size garage for your car and "stuff" No carpet-which is great if you have your fur baby with you I would definitely recommend this unit

This is our third time staying at this condo for our annual beach vacation. We appreciate the owners' timely communication and attention to details and we love staying here! The location, beach view (from upper level) and access are excellent. The condo is lovely, clean, quiet, fully equipped for our stay, and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog. We also like having a garage along with a balcony facing west to enjoy the sunset. Great vacation getaway!

The townhouse was updated and very nice! Great location. Our only complaint is that the HVAC unit was very loud, almost like it was starting to go bad. Would wake us up sometimes when it would click on.

As a long time educators, we are accustomed to awarding a letter grade to performance. So here goes:
Location: A+ The Atlantic is in view and only 80 yards away. Access to the beach is as easy as you can find in St. Augustine Beach
Mattress/Pillows: A. As comfortable as what we have at home
Air Conditioner: A. Perfect climate inside night and day.
Pools: A. Large and clean set within a well landscaped common area. Possible trip hazard. Pavers at the entrance to the west pool are caved in;
Remodeled kitchen A. We love the new countertopa and the refrigerator is spacious. We cook all our meals, don't eat out. All the utensils a chef would need. Great new non stick pan perfect for stir fries.
Pet friendliness. A. Sofa covers, dog bowls, leash hangar, easy exit through garage to pet walk area.
Wifi: A. Fast
Entertainment: A. Roku TV, weather nation. Do not watch much tv but lots of channels. Wide selection of puzzles and some well know novels.
Towels and Linens: A. Matched and very ample.
Garage amenities: A. Washer and dryer, all sorts of beach supplies.
Neighborhood. A+. We have visited almost every beach community in Florida and this is the best. Safe, sidewalks, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, Anastasia State Park, one of the best in Florida.
Beach. A+ 100 yards wide, easy to walk on or ride bike. You can do a 20 mile round trip bike ride from the Pier to Mantanzas inlet and back Plus you can drive on the beach

Stayed here four years ago. delightful unit. Now somewhat rundown. Leaky under kitchen sink, nicks and scrapes on cabinets, cabinet door not closing, burners not fitting on stove, knife cabinet falls out of drawer. Great owner, nice location, but needs updating.

Great experience. Good communication with owner. Well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Owner had plenty of toiletries available. Make sure to keep an eye out for the bunny that grazes along the dunes!

This place was awesome, short walk to the beach. It was my husband and I plus three kids ages 24, 8 and, 10 months. I was worried about there being too much “stuff” around for the baby to get into as that has happened before at other places we have stayed but this place was very baby friendly. We didn’t bring a dog but we loved seeing dogs all around us the whole time. That was a beach experience unlike any other. We pretty much walked everywhere we went because everything we wanted was close by. We brought two cars, parking was no issue. Lisa is such a sweet host, she provided us with coffee already stocked which pretty much makes her my new best friend. We are coming back!

Beautiful place. So comfortable and clean. The view is amazing from the top balcony. It had everything we needed, BBQ grilled, clean towels, beach chairs and more. Lisa was really nice extended my check out and communicated when i had any questions .My family and I had such a wonderful time, so sad we had to leave so soon. I highly recommend this place. Perfect Get Away
I didn't care that my dogs weren't allowed to be right off the back porch. The mattress could be replaced in the main bedroom., and you can't stream Paramount. Those things didn't bother me enough to take away any stars. Such a cozy and clean condo. Access to the beach was perfect, my fur babies 1st time at the beach and they loved it too. Pt was the perfect get away for me and my husband.
