Located in Holualoa, this charming condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Probably one of the finest direct ocean views in all of Kailua-Kona. This 3rd floor unit looks straight over the ocean and Kailua Bay. Watch the whales breeching and the Spinner dolphins spin. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets. Watch the Ironman triathlon swimmers race for the turnaround buoy straight out front! This 2 bedroom,2 bath unit has been tastefully upgraded. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser. Dishwasher and front loading washer and dryer. Bedrooms have flat-screened wall mounted remote televisions. High-end tropical furnishings throughout. There is no A/C but the ocean breeze and numerous fans keeps the unit comfortable. Sea Village amenities include ocean side swimming pool and spa, 4 BBQs and picnic benches with ocean views in a tropical setting. The onsite coffee cafe, Green Flash, offers a great start to the day. Sea Village is also ideally located to restaurants and shopping within a short 1 mile walk to downtown Kailua-Kona. Kona has some of the best boating, sport fishing, snorkeling and diving, surfing, golf all within a few minutes. Included in the condo is free wireless internet, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, cooler, sand mats, beach towels, everything you could need for a fun time!

We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai, and listening the cashing waves every day. Don and Anne's house is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, good restaurants. The house was clean and has open space concept with lots of beautiful arts. The check in and out process is simple. Thank you.

There were times it was very warm in the condo with no air conditioning but other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay again!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning and listening to the waves crashing every night. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious, and even had beach chairs, snorkels, and boogies boards for guests to use. Overall we were very happy with this place, and will always look back at our stay with fond memories.

Lovely condo right near Kona town. You could walk down there. Fabulous views and binoculars to look at it all closer. The condo had every extra thing you would need for a beach trip, there is a nice pool on the water and easy parking. Hope we can visit the Big Island again someday, would stay here again.

This condo is beautiful with great views. Location is great. Plenty of parking. Just my son and I so plenty of room. Nice breezes thru the windows and lanai. Pool is very nice. Condo is well stocked, with all the essentials except shampoo and conditioner. Would highly recommend.

The views were amazing. We saw a manta ray the first night. Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, Green Flash coffee, etc. Don and Anne were very accomodating. Thank you for the great stay!

This property was our first Vrbo rental and it did not disappoint!!! It was clean and had everything we needed or wanted!! Beautiful views of the ocean, the most AMAZING sunsets I’ve ever seen!!! We loved our stay in Kona! This was the perfect location to explore the Big Island. We loved the lanai and hearing the ocean from anywhere in the unit. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice digs! Beautifully decorated and comfortable with a patio lanai deck that is unbeatable. Great location and your recommendations for dining and entertainment were excellent. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours and the Petit's were very accommodating at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. The view is as incredible as everyone else has said. The property is great; the bed is comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella and snorkel gear were fantastic. We've stayed at places that leave their junky old equipment for guests, and this place does not: it is quality stuff, and we carried it around wherever we went on the island during our stay. The only negative thing I will say is the condo was very, very hot when we were there without AC. The temps in the area were in the low 90s first week of September, and a couple nights there was almost no breeze coming from the lanai into the bedroom. We ended up sleeping in the living room where we could get at least some of the breeze, and ended up with the extra benefit of the most beautiful white noise you can imagine with the waves crashing on the shore.

This property was just as pictured in the listing. The view was amazing and the property was very clean and had almost everything we could need. We arrived later in the evening and had picked up some frozen pizza during our grocery shopping trip. The double ovens were great to be able to cook both at the same time without worrying about burning one. We sat on the patio and ate before settling in. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very nice. No waiting at this property. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens, including beach towels. The location was good. It is the Big Island so you do have to drive to most things but there is a shopping center within walking distance. We never made it there but it was always busy when we went by. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was very nice. There are also grills that we saw people using that overlooked the pool and ocean. The one downside to this property is that there is no A/C. When we arrived, everything was closed up and the lights were on so it was very hot. We didn't know that there was no A/C when we booked so we were looking for the thermostat only to realize there wasn't one. We opened everything up and turned all of the fans on. It was a feel like of mid-90s temps when we got there. While it helped, it never really cooled off until early morning. When going out for the day, put the shade down on the lanai to keep the sun out. It helped a little. This is the only negative thing I have to say about this property. Otherwise, it was well maintained and had everything you could need. The owner was very responsive when we called about getting into the pool. He called back shortly after I left a message. We tried our key but it wasn't working. Come to find out, you turn it the opposite way as you normally would turn a key. We watched several people fumble with this. Glad it wasn't just us. I would recommend this property but be aware that there is no A/C.

Not much to say, other than Anne and Don really get it, providing everything we want in a vacation condo. Location and amenities were perfect — we couldn’t even see any of the wires for the realistic animatronic dolphin shows just off the lanai! Seriously: Bravo! Encore, encore!

We had a great stay just after Christmas. The property is as advertised, has all the things needed for a relaxing vacation. The chairs and towels and other brach items were outstanding, because the beaches suggested in their welcome book were super. There is no AC, but the breeze was just right. Sunsets at this property make it ideal for sitting out with a class of wine. We would stay here again.
