Situated in Sunnyside, this charming cottage for $208 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This family oriented cottage is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. A step out the porch door puts you on your way to a day of sun, fun, and the clearest waters ever. The glass enclosed sleeping porch sleeps four and is perfect for the children of the family. This is truly a beachfront cottage. Two flights of stairs, shown in the photos end at the beach - which is perfect for beach combing and long walks! Our cottage is available for rental Spring through Fall (March 15 - November 15). A legacy from Old Florida, the property is close to Carillon Beach and Inlet Beach. It is a relaxing location, but near to many area attractions for those who like a more active pace. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun on the gulf. To the west you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach including Pier Park for movies, restaurants and shopping. Bay Breeze Bait & Tackle is located 1.0 mile from the cottage, on Back Beach Road. This little house is perfect. Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids with a couple of beds to spare. There’s no substitute for being right on the beach. Much more spacious and private than any condo anywhere near this price range. I love the quiet and calm Sunnyside location. This section of beach was never crowded even though it was 4th of July weekend. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.

This property is exactly as described. There is nothing fancy about the property but if you are looking for a little nostalgia then this is the cottage to rent. The beds are comfortable annd the kitchen is equipped with a good supply of dishes. THere are ample chairs to enjoy the porch and even some to take to the beach.

I very much liked this little beach house. It’s nothing fancy but clean. It’s an older house but the location was Excellent & the view was also. The owner was pleasant & even checked to see how it was going while there. I’m a 58 yr old woman & was alone with my little fur baby. I never ever felt unsafe while there.

This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve rented many times. NOT fancy but close to the water , great deck and screen porch. The kitchen is well equipped. This part of the beach is never crowded. The owner is so easy to communicate with. Enjoy!

The time we spent at the cottage was enjoyable....quiet and off the beaten path. Just what we were looking for. The little house could use some updating but we spent most of our time on the deck and screened porch so it did not matter. Beds were clean and comfortable. One bathroom was a nice size; the other very small and served two bedrooms. We had to request additional linens. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved sitting on the private deck watching people and the waves. This home has a lot of charm. It is sandwiched between two condos but you feel private. Steps to the beach. I used one of the boogie boards. The water was a little cold in early March but I got used to it and had a blast riding a few waves. We got up early to find awesome shells on the beach that we took home. The evening sunsets were amazing on the beach.

The view from the back porch and access to the beach is awesome. Very relaxing. However, the cottage is primitive. While all the basics, (kitchen, living room, beds, etc.) are available, there is no heat or AC, only portable heaters, and window AC. The internet cuts out frequently and I had difficulty getting work done. I would not recommend a winter or a working vacation, but the back deck view is priceless and the location is in quite area.

This was our 3rd trip to this property! We love it and any time its available when we are planning another trip to the beach, we'll book as long as they'll let us! First, this family has always been so nice and kind to us and a pleasure to deal with. That means a lot this day in time. The house has so much old charm, and for me it takes me back to my childhood in ways while also feeling very beachy. It's very cozy and the location is superb!! There is nothing like pulling right up to the front door of your cozy beach cottage for the week! On this trip we enjoyed a new deck expansion, plenty of new outdoor furniture and new steps accessing the side of the cottage that has been trimmed out and pine straw laid. Which was absolutely wonderful for our fur baby. There she didn't have to worry about those little burrs and loved the shady palms. Our girly basset mix enjoys it just like home now, as it has became familiar to her over time as well. Thank you again Santa Rosina and family for sharing your nice, clean and comfortable cottage with us for our little family vacation!! Until next time :)

Johanna has been a great host, she was very readily available to troubleshoot any issue/request. You can literally walk from your bedroom to the beach without interacting with anyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and large, perfect to cook a meal for your group. The screen patio+deck combo is irreplaceable!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rustic, campy, and clean cottage. We had everything we needed including an awesome ocean view. Best of all was a screened porch overlooking the beach (and the deck). It provided respite from rain and hugs. This is not an upscale fancy place. It is original to the beach and reflects its heritage. We loved it!!
