Buffet breakfast with different meal options daily. Located ideally on Thika Super Highway with various amenities (salon, supermarket, chemist, gym) under the same roof.
Excellent and very support staff more so at the reception and cleaners.
Their dinner does not meet value for money.

Rooftop pool was good, as were all the staff and late checkout up to midday was accommodated with no problem. Convenient onsite parking and inside a shopping mall so very secure and useful for quick shopping.
Missing mosquito net, although rail in place. Had to ask for kettle but quickly provided.

The location was good as we were attending a conference at a nearby university. Not a good tourist location.
There is no air-con in some of the rooms. We had to pay extra to move to a room with air-con. The wi-fi didn't work properly in the room and was not fixed during my stay despite numerous requests. There were cockroaches in the room although the general cleanliness was OK.
