We took two apartments on ground floor for a large family. The apartments are spacious and very convenient. They are excellently equipped, especially the kitchen, with everything required and plus, including oven and microwave and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc. It is very good for cooking your own meals. There is a large dinner table, convenient chairs and sofa. The location is good – supermarket within walking distance and the view from the living rooms is excellent as the hotel is on a hill above the valley.
The Lungau card which is received for free at the hotel is excellent for the area and saves a lot of money on many cable cars and attractions.
Open swimming pool and spa are free.
We had an issue with the tourist tax which is 2.80 Euros per person per day. Out of a group of 10, five of us were exempt from the tax for various reasons (children under the age of 15, disability), and even though all the relevant information was clear to the receptionist from the beginning, it is only after we discovered the facts ourselves (by chance) that we got reimbursed, approaching the reception three different times for this.
They give you a set of instructions regarding cleaning at check-out, phrased not very pleasantly. I later discovered that regardless, a cleaning fee is part of the charge.
No cleaning was done by the hotel during our 6-night stay.
There are extra charges for baby cot and high chair, and for parking on site. This is all advertised but seems exaggerated given the cost of the apartments.

the hotel maintains a high standard. the apartment has everything you need. All ski resorts in the area are close and easily accessible. the parking lot in front of the hotel is very limited. the reception has limited working hours, but they are there to meet you in any question. The wellness center is very conveniently connected to the hotel, it is suggested that you bring your own bathrobe. the restaurant in the hotel is exceptional, but make a reservation in time. All in all a nice vacation.
