Good but unexpected deposit fee

Nice wide and refreshing rooms. Location in walking distance to old town. The check in guy was nice and gave info on city.

There was a high deposit fee that was not disclosed earlier. It was inconvenient as we were travelling on a budget and it took a while to get processed back to us. Beds were a bit creaky.

Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage war prima. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Krakau. Anreise und Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Alles war in Laufnähe.

A kommunikáció megfelelő volt, a szállást bemutató úr kedves és pontos volt, a lakás tiszta, jól felszerelt, közel mindenhez, de a tömegközlekedés is megoldott. Van lehetőség csomagok tárolására is az irodában. Technikai probléma jelzését követően azonnal jöttek és megoldották.

A kád kicserélése fontos lenne.
