This property was wonderful and easy to access. The whole process was seamless. We were able to comfortably fit our full party of 11, and the proximity to areas of New Orleans was great. Highly recommend booking this property if you are looking for a great time!

We were a group of 12 looking for a place with plenty of beds and a great location. We thought this might be a tough ask. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a location with more than enough places to sleep and an unbelievably convenient location. The house was perfect. Beds were comfortable (all 13 of them) and there was plenty of bathroom and lounging space. Really nothing bad to say about this property at all. Mike was so helpful. If you’re looking for a big space with great location you can’t go wrong.

This townhouse was perfect for my cousin’s bachelorette trip! Everything we needed was within walking distance. The place was clean and stocked with plenty of linens and toiletries. We had 12 people and everyone was able to have their own bed. Check in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again if I plan another large group trip to Nola.

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. The house was great! Awesome location - super quick walk to everything. Great communication with the property owner, and he even checked on us to make sure all was ok during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this house...very roomy and spacious.Good location, house is very near the quarter just like the description. Literally in walking distance. The owners were awesome. Whenever I emailed them to ask questions, they answered immediately. My group and I had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and staying at this property made it that much more fun!! We had a great stay as everything was convient to the French Quarter and we loved being able to park on site. Having a door code made things easy for a large group instead of passing around keys. Everyone was comfortable and there were no issues with anything being broken.

Several friends and I stayed at Patrick's house in New Orleans for my bachelor party weekend. Overall it was the perfect place for our crew and the location was absolutely excellent. It only took a few minutes to walk into the French Quarter or go into Louis Armstrong park. I definitely recommend this property for your group. Thank you!

We came in for a bachelor party and found the property to be perfect for us. We were in easy walking distance to everything including to Superdome for NFL game. Beds, bedrooms, and overall the accommodations were comfortable and enjoyable. We especially liked the porch for people watching and enjoying the weather.

We had a large group of folks staying here for the weekend. The location was prime. Close to both bourbon street and also Frenchmen street but also far enough away where we could sleep with minimal noise! The code lock was incredible helpful and offered our group flexibility with our plans. Also stayed cool despite the really humid and hot weather outside!

We had a lovely time, we came for a bachelorette. Location is great, more than enough room for all of us, we had 10 ppl and easily could fit way more. Check in/check out is seamless. Our only issue was 1 of the toilets didn't work the best, it was spotty but other than that we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there.

I had a great time at Mark's place. It is very close to the French Quarter and a number of fun bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean when we arrived. And when our plans changed, Mark made it really easy to shift our stay. I will definitely be staying with his team during my next trip to New Orleans.
