This listing is for all 4 guest rooms with 8 Beds in the B&B. You will have exclusive use of all the common areas during your stay. Lovingly restored with brand-new appliances and modern amenities, this 19th century mansion features 14 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors - truly the best of both worlds. Cook a great meal in our spacious kitchen or relax in the shaded backyard with a cocktail before heading out to the French Quarter.
The Space:
Sleeps 8, backyard available for use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar/island + large dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
Manager lives on premises but will not interact with your group unless you need assistance. Manager will not use common areas during your stay.

Note: as per New Orleans residential B&B laws, there is an owner/manager on premises during your stay. Manager has exterior separate private entrance to his room and will not use common areas during your stay.
Note: as of 10/1/25 the dishwasher is out of service as we are awaiting replacement parts from the manufacturer. All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.

Plenty of room for 6 (two couples and two singles) in easy walking distance of Bourbon street area. Local liquor store down the road and small convenience store around the corner, though we used Walmart delivery which worked well. Spacious kitchen and eating area, comfortable lounge, very effective AC, comfy beds and every bedroom has a good bathroom! Lots of hot water. Easy check in and access with digital locks. Easy and quick communication with hosts on vrbo app. All in all, highly recommend.

Great place for a great price! The house was even larger and nicer in person than it looks in the pictures. The location has great walkability without the noise of being right on Bourbon Street. The host was incredibly communicative and quickly answered any questions we had. In the heat and humidity of June, we were very comfortable thanks to the AC. Five stars all around!

Property was wonderful for our party of 8. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Didn't expect 2 of the rooms to be separate off the backyard courtyard, but it was all fine. Simple walk to the quarter or a quick uber ride, very convenient.
