Staff was friendly when there but it's mostly a virtual experience. Great location to Bourbon St., Jackson Square, and great restaurants.
When I arrived staff was there to check me in but others I noticed were confused when they arrived and there was no staff. They had to call a number and get the codes to the doors. Personally I'm not a fan of no-key locks that are opened via code as it's unknown how often they're changed. Hotel was clean but is old and needs updating. Lots of cracks in the walls; towel hanger not installed sitting under the sink. If you're sensitive to sound at night then bring ear plugs or choose somewhere else. This goes for most chateau style hotels in the French Quarter.
