Great location to see New Orleans! Very clean facility.

Great location. Infused water at counter. Free cookies.

Staff was ok but not what I expected from Hilton. Except concierge, who was great. Staff in attached coffee shops were unfriendly but not sure if hotel has influence over them.

Good value and location in NOLA

The warm choc chip cookies!!! The (unheated) pool.

The noisy fan in the bathroom every time you turned on the light. At check-in, they did not charge me the booking.com price I was guaranteed and I had to plead to get it corrected.

Unpleasant

Central location

We paid for a king bedroom, but our room had two double beds. When we requested to switch to the room we paid for, we were told that Hilton doesn’t have to give the customers the room they paid for, but they are only required to give “a room” when customers book through Booking.com. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. Do not book Hilton through Booking.com, as clearly you are on your own when the hotel gives you an inferior room.

It was at birthday weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! From inside to outside the hotel !

I loved how welcoming and informative the valet were , it was our first time and they helped us out with finding places to enjoy ! The staff was nice but the valet staff had high energy and quick on their feet ! Loved leaving seeing them and they speak and ask about our plans , they told us spots we should try and etc

At night , nobody was downstairs .

L’emplacement de l’hôtel : toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pieds de l’hôtel. Personnel hyper à l’écoute et très gentil Ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner, bcp de cafés autour

Parking à éviter (bcp trop cher) Tarif un peu excessif pour chambre double Malheureusement malgré la propreté de l’hôtel … cafards dans les chambres …

One of the most terrible experiences.

Almost nothing about this place except for the view from the room and the sunrise in the morning

Almost everything. NO noise control. The adjacent room noise was so vivid and very startling whenever the people in the next room opens and closes the door. All the sounds were unfiltered, alarming as if someone were breaking in. The staff just came in when I was sitting on toilet. So startled. The front desk staff was so unfriendly, as if treating me as an intruder. No itemized receipts provided. Only one staff member was kind enough to scan and send me the receipt after multiple attempts via email, text, and phone call. I would NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again. The worst mainline hotel I have ever experienced at this cost.

worked for my needs but unimpressive.

location was excellent. room was huge.

booking.com reservation didn't make it into the system, thankfully there were available rooms and i was able to make a new reservation on site. elevators were dirty, room was musty, place was dingy. also, my receipt never arrived by email as promised.

Good location with river views a little away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street but still in walking distance

An excellent value and location for families visiting New Orleans- steps away from so many sites and amenities.

The location was great, the front desk/concierge staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable for my family.

Not really a fault for the hotel, but there was some street noise from the cars at night which seemed to be cruising the streets below.

Ideale Unterkunft um New Orleans zu erkunden.

Die Lage war sehr gut für Sightseeing. Konnten zu Fuss viel erreichen. Herzlicher Empfang mit Willkommens-Snäck. Für die Lage mitten in der Stadt war es überraschend ruhig.

A Sweet spot on Canal Street

It was my Birthday and the gentlemen upgraded my room with a drink at the bar.

Stay was excellent the only thing i found bad was no breakfast menu and a very small and limited din

The breakfast as cold at times but since it was a buffet you had to deal with it as there was no menu to pick from...and the dinner had a small aand poor choices to pick from...

A menu to pick from instead of a buffet every morning that was cold a larger dinner menu to pick from

The property was close to everything. You didn’t have to walk far at all.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good value.

Furnishings and decor was old, worn and had stains on the furniture (ottoman and cloth chair). Not pleasant environment, needs remodeling and updating.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und wirklich sehr schön!

Parken ist mit 48 Dollar recht teuer und der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und wurde leider trotz mehrmaliger Bitte nicht repariert!

Will definitely stay here next time we are in NOLA

The location and room were excellent. We arrived at 8:30am after debarking a cruise ship and asked if we could leave our luggage until check in. The fellow at the front desk was amazing and said he could check us in as there was a room available. We are seniors and we’re exhausted and he simply made our day!! We felt very safe in the neighborhood.
