The room was large and well-laid out (though my initial room had no useable window and was extremely small and I requested a change). The location is excellent - easy walk to the Quarter and a number of good restaurants.
The elevators are extremely slow and erratic. One of the elevators was out of service for most of a day and at other times the door would not close for minutes at a time. Fortunately I was on a low floor and could walk down the stairs but if twas particularly challenging in the mornings when many people were checking out or returning to their rooms.

The staff is very lovely and helpful, especially the bar and restaurant staff made my stay better.
At the beginning there was no wifi in my room I had to change my room a day and a half after my arrival and considering this was a business trip it was not a nice experience, also I have found cockroaches in my room.
